They never returned my phone call and I called at least three times. My eighty nine year old aunt has cancer and needed hot water. No thanks to them I got it fixed myself. If their service is that lousy that they cannot even return a phone call, I would not recommend them at all!

I made an appointment and they never showed. I called and they stated they were “running late” and rescheduled for the following day. They,again, did not show. I called to check in and had to leave a message. They never returned my call. I promptly called a different plumber and had the problem fixed that day. This group is not one you can trust to be responsible.

They came out and changed one line on the water heater and said he could not change the other one because it had fitting on it and it was not leaking so I said ok.He charge me $114.00 to put my water line on that I bought at Lowes it took him 15 min. Next day the other line started leaking strange it never leaked before so like a fool I called them again and another plumber came and changed it and charged $189.98 to put my line on that I bought at Lowes and there shut off valve it took him about 40 mins . Next day that new line started leaking and I talked to the owner and he said it would cost about $100.00 or so to fix it . So over all I have spent $300.00 to have these so called plumbers to put on my two lines that I bought and there cheap shut off valve and I still have a leak . These guys are scammers trying to mess with disabled people DO NOT HIRE THEM !!!!

The installation of our dishwasher went very well. We were pleased.

Farwell asked questions about the service I needed. Repair man arrived as promised with the tools necessary to clean the drains. Dependable and efficient. Price was reasonable and I will call Farwell Plumbing again in the future.

David at Farwell was prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. He did a great job and gave great turn-a-round time. No waiting for days.

Was never even able to be considered. Only the way they do work, which is a job, Over $4,000.

Over $1,000 to goof around for 5 hours of work-time charged (plus 2 hours not charged was leaving to wait on the batteries to charge in their sawsall). They were trying to go past a leak under my cement slab by forcing a smaller flex line (1/2 in in my 3/4 copper) down it to the other end. After trying that for a while in one end, they tried to do it from the other end. Didn't work, so they tried an even smaller pex line, 3/8 inch, while I was home and they could have asked me would I accept a 3/8 line in a 3/4 pipe, which I would not (he told me they tried that also). All we had talked about was a 1/2 in line. I asked if they had a camera to see where the hole was and now dig the cement and repair the pipe and the plumber claimed they didn't make any that went past 4 feet long. They could have used a camera to start and see there was a kink in the pipe 5 feet from the end and then NOT attempt to force several pex lines through. I went and got my phone and ordered one from Amazon.com that was 3/8 in camera (smaller than the one he had) with 6 LED lights incorporated in the end and a 30 foot (10 meter) cable for $20 on Amazon. I got it 3 days later and called another plumbing company.

It was the same problem I had in December and I'm still dealing with it. It was the same workers.

I was worried since this happened on a Thursday night that it would be hard to get a plumber to come on Friday and we might have to wait until Monday to get it repaired. Farrell plumbing answered promptly and the girl said she would text the plumber to get back with me, He called me back shortly after that and actually came by within a couple of hours. Steve quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem within 30 minutes. Apparently the line feeding the toilet had blown off and he replaced it with a higher quality line and sturdier coupler. Very pleased at the professionalism, courtesy, efficiency and knowledge displayed in this job by Farwell.

They arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the source of my leaky shower. They did not do the actual repair as it needed a tile contractor to fix the shower pan, but I was thankful they found the problem.

It went well and it was good. Two people were here and it took them about three hours. They were prompt, professional and friendly.

We got off to a rough start. They misunderstood the time of the appointment and did not show up. After a phone call, we worked out a new appointment. When they did arrive, they did an excellent job. They replaced several parts and repaired others. They completed the essential work quickly. The work took too long and they had to set another appointment to complete the work. They came back and made all the other repairs. I was pleased with their work. The cost was a little high, but was fair in light of the work they did and the time they spent. Update -- They promised, what I remembered as a 10% senior discount. They then said it was only 5%. They also failed to include any discount in the invoice. After several calls to Mr. Farwell, I have not even been able to get the 5% refunded. I also asked that they look into other repairs and get back to me with a price. I never got any of that information, no returned phone call. The only contact I have had has been me calling them and I gave up on that weeks ago.

Awesome job, quick response. Will use again for plumbing.

Farwell arrived, diagnosed problem, and replaced the regulator. All within about 30 minutes. We are extremely satisfied.

took out old castiron pipes and replaced. did everything quickly. excellent job

It wasn't a water heater problem. It turned out to be an electrical problem. Still had to pay for service call, which is better than dragging my water heater to their office.

I got him from Angie’s List. The person was extremely helpful in explaining. I just explained to him what was going on and he knew exactly the point to go to and the tools to use. He did a very thorough job. When he was finished he spent a lot of time personally with me talking about what happened, why it happened and what he did. He wasn’t in any kind of rush. I was impressed with his explanations, the fact he spent time with me and the fact he didn’t appear to be in any hurry. So far there hasn’t been any problems that occurred since the work was done. I am very happy with that company. I have recommended them to another person that was looking for a plumber.

They tried to run a line into my existing plumbing but couldn't so they put a shut off valve to the master bath. So I spent nearly $500 and the problem still exists, but they explained it would be much more to actually repair the line because of the slab. So I can't say anything better about the price than "fair" but the service was good.

They did an overall good job

I called to have them replace a faucet in a bathroom and fix a running toilet. The serviceman was very polite and clean-cut and did a nice job. There was a small pin hole leak--really because the faucet I chose didn't have the correct part--and I called that night and after the owner was assured I turned off the water to the line (otherwise he would have come out that night) they arranged for the serviceman to come the next morning. He came and fixed it while I was at work. Very professional.

Experienced, knowledgeable plumbers. Did a good job and were pleasant folks.

David arrived at the time promised and quickly found and repaired the leaky toilet valve. He gives the impression of being somewhat of a hayseed, but his work in good and he's pleasant enough to deal with. I would believe that he was completely honest. The second leak source was obvious once I had removed the cabinet (1) and wall section to expose the line to the outside valve. David said he'd be back the next morning to fix it but didn't show up 'til the next afternoon. He did call to tell me he'd be delayed. He cleaned up pretty well after each repair although not quite up to my standard. I still had to clean up a bit after he left. I felt his charge for the work was a little high based on the work done, but I admit I haven't had any plumbing work done prior to this for a number of years. I may be out of touch. I'd call David again, but I might just as likely try someone else.

Danny was very polite and not overly "chatty". He was efficient and clean about the entire project -- a true joy. F
