everything went from smoothly and I was even in contact with Dave on the weekend to coordinate plans for Monday. he had to go down to the city office for a permit and he did that within two hours of our conversation. I would highly recommend the company.

Couldn't have been any better. Brian worked quickly and effiently, and had all repairs made in less than one hour. He replaced a bad 'Pressure Regulator", and everything worked fine after that.

Plummer service call was fine. Owner quote visit was a turn off.

He did a good job and cleaned up after himself.

We noticed a bump in the kitchen floor, wet floor under the house but couldn't figure out where it was coming from. Brian from Farwell came out and found the leak quickly (bad dishwasher). He then helped me plan what to do next. I plan to call them whenever I have water issues.

We have a irrigation pump which was malfunctioning and I could not turn it off. He came out right away and did not charge me too much. I recommended him to folks across the street. They are elderly and he has been there 3 times; they like him. He came out the same day I called him.

We had purchased a toilet for our downstairs bathroom only to find out that it was the wrong size! Paul came and took out an upstairs toilet that we wanted to replace also, and, put the new toilet up there. He was early which was great for me, and he was considerate when removing the old toilet by putting a plastic bag around it so it wouldn't leak all over the house. We were very satisfied. We used them again when our special order toilet came in a week later. We highly recommend them.

David was excellent to work with. He took down the directions, went to the home on the morning he said he would, repaired minor leak, called a few days later for credit card info for service charge. Knows his business. David makes and keeps his commitments and does good work!! Very honest and trustworthy. A pleasure to do business with.

Sunday evening, we discovered water spraying out under our kitchen sink when the faucet was turned on. At 8:00am Monday morning, I called Farwell Plumbing, and was told the on-call technician would call me back. That call came within 5 minutes, and he said they would be here after noon, and would call when they were on their way. At approximately 12:30, Danny called to say he was on his way and would be here in 20 to 30 minutes. He arrived in 25 minutes, diagnosed the problem in 2 seconds (seriously), tightened the connection, and recommended we check it frequently, as these pull-out faucets have a tendency to loosen. He apologized for having to charge a service charge for such a quick fix. I told him "no problem", he made a service call and I expected to pay for it.

The shower faucet has been dripping on and off for quite some time. The washers have been changed, and I have been aware that a major fix is probably necessary. This time it had been dripping a lot, and once again it was on the verge of being a steady stream. Farwell Plumbing was recommended to me, and I also checked here on Angie's List. I called on the afternoon of 7/7 and he said they would try to send someone later, but they were all on jobs. I told them that it had been dripping for days, so no problem, and we agreed on the morning of 7/8. The serviceman came on the morning of 7/8 and repaired the faucet in a timely manner, as best he could. For now the dripping has stopped. He then gave me a suggestion for the major repair to this, which will be much less disruptive to my schedule than I had anticipated. I am very satistifed with the work performed by Farwell Plumbing, and will be calling them in the near future for the major repair that needs to be done, and for any other plumbing work that comes up.

Inspection of our house, which was for sale, noted that we had one loose toilet. I honestly did not believe it, and neither I nor my husband could figure out which of the 5 toilets in our home was loose. I went to Angie's List to seek a plumber. I called two of the top-rated names, and Farwell Plumbing was the first to respond (very impressed with their response time.) Mr. Farwell came that afternoon and showed me how to check for a loose toilet by lifting up on the bowl (who knew?) Turns out that we had 3 loose toilets, which he quickly tightened. Very nice man, plain spoken, and matter-of-fact. I like that in a service person. He only charged me for the service call, which I was happy to pay!

Called Farwell Plumbing for service on a rental property. Selected based on over-the-phone estimate and availability to do work. Farwell agreed to come out at the time and date convenient to my tenants so that was a plus. Work was performed satisfactorily as promised/estimated. $38 for parts plus $65 for first hour labor. Only negative comment is timeliness of service. Farwell agreed to come out "after 1pm" but didnt' show up until after 6pm. A courtesy call to inform my tenants they were running late would have been appreciated. Otherwise, a fair job at a fair price and will use again in the future.

Farwell did fairly extensive work under my house to connect new plumbing to old.They plumbed a new shower, tub, and toilet. Their work is first rate.

They arried the same day called and was through within 40 minutes. Absolutely a great job. Will use them for all my plumbing needs period.

I had seen the Farwell name here on Angie's List AND had heard the name mentioned in reponse to my "do you know a plumber..." pleas. Therefore several months earlier I had Farwell complete the plumbing tasks in a total remodel that included replacement of all plumbing items. I had selected a few key items, plumber provided all else necessary; the result was professionally installed sinks, faucets,stools, disposal and tub. They even complied with my request to remove existing fixtures carefully so they could be recycled! They accomodated my scheduling needs, interworked well with my tile installer, and made the process seamless to me from that point onward. It was natural that I called the same folks when I was ready for plumbing to be done here at home.

I was impressed by how quickly the plumber was able to make the repairs. He was very professional and courteous.
