Description of Work: We replaced the water heater, he fixed a leak in the kitchen sink.

Description of Work: Replace outside faucet, replaced the entire parts inside the toilet for 2 toilets, replaced 2 cutoff valves and hoses to the 2 toilets

Description of Work: Replaced water heater. Great communication. Persuaded us not to spend more than necessary saving $100's. Upgraded plumbing in the area. Very competent, job completed on schedule. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: If there was an A+ box to check, I would use it. He was professional, on time,corteous and respectful. He did not try to sell me services I didn't need. My dishwasher had a leak, He checked it out and quickly told me I had a huge mold problem. He disconnected the dishwasher for me. He made a few suggestions for me. Like I said above, he didn"t try to charge me more money. My mold is gone, new cabinets and countertops. I plan on calling him back to re-connect my dishwasher.

Description of Work: Dave of Farwell Plumbing returned my call promptly. Unfortunately, he said my home was "a little far for us". His website lists the service area as northwest Arkansas, which I am well within, though perhaps a :40 minute trip from his listed office. Would be helpful to know that from his website instead of just "northwest Arkansas" which is quite obviously NOT the case.

Description of Work: We thought we had a problem in one of our bathrooms. We called David and he responded immediately with a suggestion he thought might solve the problem. We tried it and it did work therefore we did not have him come out. I was impressed with his honesty and attempt to fix the problem over the phone. In the future and when we find ourselves in need of a plumber, we will most definitely call David again.

Description of Work: I called Farwell Plumbing and explained to the receptionist what I needed and within a hour I received a call from Mr Farwell asking for specific details of my plumbing problem. Once that was accomplished a service call was set up for the next morning, 8:30. The plumber arriver at 8:30, asked again what my needs were , looked at the problem areas and start to work. In short fashion he has completed his work and asked for any other problems and left. I received a call again from Mr. Farwell asking if the job was completed to my satisfaction. I was pleased with the service and when I need a plumber again I will call Farwell Plumbing.

Description of Work: I called at 8AM and had a person out by 1PM. We asked him to look at the water heater. We thought we possibly needed a new one. Instead he made repairs in the bathrooms because he said the water heater was fine. He didn't try to sell a service that we didn't need. He was prompt, very courteous and did a great job.
