I made the call in the afternoon to try to schedule a late appointment because i cannot take off from work. They responded in time and let me know their availability. Once they know my situation, they are willing to come after their regular working hour to provide the service. The issue was resolved in less than 20 min. I am very happy about their efficiency and professionalism.

I personally did not meet Xavier, however my tenant did and was very pleased with his job. He showed up between the time frame that was scheduled and was able to fix the ceiling light in a short period of time. It was headache free for me as a landlord. I will definitely hire him again.

I highly recommend Xpert Electrical. Xavier returns my call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment to come see the problem in 2 days. He identified the issue and scheduled to come back and do the work within the next week. He arrived in time. There were multiple complicating factors that came up and he patiently discussed each one and our options with us. He broke down the pricing for everything he did and was extremely reasonable (as compared to other quotes we got). I will definitely use him again if needed.

I called several electricians before settling with Xavier. He was honest, professional, trustworthy, and a pleasure to chat/work with. I didn't even meet him in person as I had my tenant meet him each time. Though I did not see the quality of this work, the tenants have no complaints thus far. I'd work with him again!

Xavier, Xavier, Xavier!!! We hired him because the electrician we initially hired was a no show and I can't believe our luck. He was responsive, super knowledgeable, and quick! He helped install our new video doorbell at a much more reasonable price than all of our quotes and we asked him onsite if he could install a hanging light fixture and he not only did it for us (again at an affordable price) but he was able to come up with an innovative solution that made the light more functional. I will absolutely hire him again and would refer him to any and everyone!

I had gone through several estimates prior to choosing Xpert and he was the most reasonable of all. I reached out to Xavier heading into the weekend and he was able to make it out first thing in the morning on a Saturday. I had a hole in my bedroom ceiling with a bunch of unmarked wires coming out that needed either a light installed, or even better a fan. I had attempted to install the fan myself a while back and had to give up after getting in way over my head. The result was the hole in the ceiling, my old light that was in pieces, a bunch of fan parts, and a mess of wires. Xavier arrived on time at the 7am appt which was great. He was very professional and enthusiasticly picked up the pieces and was able to get the fan installed. I'll stress this model of fan was not an easy one as it was an expensive modern fan with an unusual and complicated design. Xavier not only provided great service, he did it with a smile. I'll be sure to reach out to Xavier moving forward for all my electrical needs and recommend you reach out as well for yours.

Excellent! Xavier was a pleasure to work with. Leading up to the appointment, we had great communication via email and telephone on the electrical issues I was having and what to expect at the appointment, including time and price estimate. He was prompt for the appointment and did a great job assessing and fixing the electric issues, all the meanwhile communicating with us what he was finding and what he was doing next. We look forward to working with him again as our electrician and would definitely recommend him to others!

Super great and super fast. First of all he came on time and emailed me before to confirm on date and time. On top of this he answered all my questions on everything he was doing. The home we bought was remodeled for its cosmetics and I wanted to make sure the wiring was done correctly. He answered everything I wanted to know and more. There is not one negative thing I could say about my experience. Best of all he showed me how to replace the fuse in the HVAC unit for future reference (even though I didnt ask to) He told me more about the HVAC unit because I had just installed a wifi thermostat. He also showed me why one external light fixture was installed wrong.

He arrived just on time and was super professional and friendly. He did a great job with the installation even though it was a tricky job due to placement of the old fan and the ductwork.

Great service and very honest, I will definetly use this company again for any electrical maintenance required in my house.

Xavier is highly professional and knowledgeable. After calling him and leaving a message on Monday morning, he quickly contacted to schedule a visit that same day. After troubleshooting for about 30min, he was able to pin point the issue and fix the electrical issue. He was very thorough in explaining the issue and made us feel comfortable on the solution. I would highly recommend him to anyone and would definitely call him again for any electrical work!

Xavier quoted me a very fair price and arrived 5 minutes early. Due to a mistake I made during the phone consultation, the job was going to be much more involved than originally anticipated. Xavier patiently informed me of the issues, advised me of my options with new estimates (even ones that didn't benefit him) and didn't get upset or charge me when I wanted to stew on the decision for a few days. Even though I decided to not have any work done yet, I was very impressed by Xavier's professionalism, honesty and ethics. I highly recommend considering Xpert Electric for your electrical needs.
