Tri-City Granite installed my Shadow Storm marble countertops yesterday and I cannot stop admiring them! Dennis provided our quote and answered all of our questions. Tracy is the sweetest and really made us want to do business with this company. I was able to be a part of the layout process with Casey, which was really neat and a first for me. The installers arrived on time and were very friendly. I love my new kitchen and highly recommend Tri-City Granite.

The installation was ok, but soon after the stone developed significant signs of rust. Over a period of one month after we purchased it it developed significant signs of rust on all parts of the countertop. We asked them to replace the countertops and they have not. They first blamed us for the problem, and the owner was very disrespectful to me and my wife. After we brought in a third-party expert (which they recommended and paid for) to see the stone, the expert said the rust was a result of improper sealing of the stone (Tri-City's responsibility). Once Tri-City finally admitted that the stone needed to be replaced, they have simply refused to do so. Worse than that, they have asked us to come to their store and have visited our home to measure multiple times, and have given us the "run-around" for over 6 months. They have no intentions of replacing, yet they keep telling us they will. We have been involved with them trying to resolve this issue since October of 2016. As of now, nothing on their part. We paid for a product and received a defective stone. We held up our end of the deal, we paid in a timely fashion. However, we did not receive what we paid for. We received a faulty product from this vendor. All we want is what we paid for. We have been treated very poorly and unfairly by this business, and we are not the only ones. A quick browse on the internet for reviews show that others have experienced the same thing. This has been one of the most frustrating and unpleasant experiences dealing with a business of any sort. I would highly caution anyone about doing business with this vendor. Again, all we want is the product we paid for. Nothing else.

They promptly came out and quoted granite at a good price, showed Tony the area that was going to be used (brick, framed in with grill) asked that he leave 1/4" gap around the grill, he confirmed no issue. Next day I went in and paid him, he said 2-3 weeks on installation. FIVE weeks later I had granite, unfortunately it cracked the day after it was installed. They left no gap around the grill, and left a corner completely unsupported (no shims, etc.) I went to complain and caught Kevin (the owner?) who immediately proceeded to tell me they NEVER install 2cm granite on a patio, called Tony out and gave him an earful. He promised he would take care of it, and would be out within the week. I've stopped by once every 2-3 days for an update and over six weeks never received service. The poor girl at the front desk would call Kevin who apparently gave her an earful judging by the length of time and sounds I could hear standing across the counter. She would apologize, make an excuse for him and tell me it would be taken care of in a few days. Once I finally talked to Kevin he reassured me it would be taken care of, but also questioned who was at fault. Several more weeks, and no resolution. Again talked to Kevin who assured me it would be taken care of but questioned that it was probably my fault (according to Tony.) Bottom line - they sell you the wrong product, don't stand behind their work, and passively blame you when it goes bad. Go somewhere else, pay more if you must, You'll be glad you did.

I would not recommend Tri City Granite of Bentonville. After visiting Tri City Granite a few times to look over their products I returned to select granite, I worked with Levi throughout this process. I selected an unusual granite with a white background. I was told that the slab I had chosen would be used for my kitchen project. I made the required deposit for the small job, $1250 and left with a copy of the work order as my receipt. All in the presence of a close friend, he had been considering using Tri City Granite too. Days later Levi came to my house to do the rough measurements and advised me to have my sink placed to prepare for having the template made prior to cutting the granite. In the next few days I had the sink set in and called to let them know . While on the phone that day with Tri City Granite I was asked if I could stop by their place? I went by later that day, when I got there Levi vaguely indicated that the granite I had paid the deposit on may have been sold out from under me, yet he never confirmed that. He indicated that if he had too he could get the other clients to select another slab. He quizzed me (in front of my neighbor who had come with me) about other choices I might consider? I looked at a few. Discouraged and somewhat confused by the meeting I told him, "there are several nice choices but I want the slab I've already chosen and paid a deposit on. I signed nothing, I was never told that my choice granite was not going to be used ! On delivery day I see that the company had indeed sold my granite and selected another for me. Levi offered me no satisfaction, no apology, nothing but an argument. At this point they had $1250 of my funds and I was weeks behind on my remodel. I let the installers proceed. Upon completed installation Levi produced a copy of the work order with my selection crossed out, the new selection written in and my FORGED initials. I was and still am outraged. The issue here is not the quality of the product or the installation. The issue is that Tri City Granite lacks integrity.

We were very impressed with their experience and thoroughness. Their precision in cutting and installing was great! We were extremely impressed with the quality of the granite and the cost effectiveness of their products. We know several General Contractors who also use Tri-City Granite and are also very pleased and use them exclusively for their new and remodeled home projects. We will definitely use them again for our Master Bathroom remodel!

Hired Tri-City Granite to replace counters in 3 of our baths after buying a 100sq ft of granite certificate at a charity event. They measureed, and fabricated the pieces. We paid for all the fabrication. At this point the installation was put on hold because we decided to gut and remodel our master bathroom. We then hired them to install marble in our master bath. They delivered and installed the marble and the two pieces of marble did not even come close to matching. It was clear this was not laid out and cut with the seam in mind and were likely from two different pieces. There was a large chip at the seam also. Very poor patch job and seam. I contacted them and after several days they came by the house to look at it with my wife and just told her there will be variations in color in counters and were dismissive. They clearly did not intend to do anything about it. The quality of the installation was very poor. Our contractor said it was unacceptable work as well as an independate granite company i hired just to provide me with a professional opinion. Upon removal of the marble they installed we found several issues with the installation that could have caused water damage. Do not use this compnay. Very low standards. We have now had to hire another company and bring our tile installers back in to fix issues Tri-City created.

Description of Work: I have been professionally remodeling homes for 25 years. I also have my degree in architecture. I stopped by Tri City Granite with a piece of a slab and asked the manager if I could have 3 pieces cut from the slab. I was quoted $100.00 which I considered fair. He assured me that they would be done by the end of the day. I stopped by the following morning to pick up the pieces on my way to the job. I saw my slab sitting in the showroom and it was obvious to me that they didn't get to it. I stood at the counter to see what the problem was. The manager came out and told me it wouldn't be done til the following day. The manager started giving me an excuse about the guys not showing up on time,..... I turned around and exited their showroom without a word. As I was driving to my current job, the manager calls me and says," I don't have time to do your little job. I try to do the little things for people for next to nothing and all I get is attitude. Tell your customer to go to Home Depot where he bought the granite for his kitchen, and have them do it." I was shocked! I immediately returned to their showroom and tried to see what the problem was. He was obviously in a bad mood. I took my slab and went to another fabricator. I have never formally written a bad review of a company in my entire life. I just felt compelled to let others know how I was treated.
