Description of Work: We purchased a storm shelter from this company and paid $4000 up front (big mistake) to have it installed in our garage floor. The lack of professionalism and constant excuses coming from the business owner set our home construction back by a week. Through the constant delays and excuses, the company finally did install the shelter, but have failed to complete the job. We have called the owner numerous times and he never answers his phone nor returns voicemails, but instead opts to send text mess

 + -1 moreUnfortunately the services that I paid for were never performed. I paid $3500 to have a storm shelter put in and from the point I paid for it I got the run-around. The owner (Joel Woody) said he could install it in a few weeks, but a few weeks turned into two months of calling and trying to get him to come do the job, but there was always an excuse. I repeatedly asked for copies of his business license as well as insurance, but he would never provide anything. I was finally able to get a refund after threatening to call the police. This companies prices make it look like a good deal in comparison to other reputable installers, but don't be fooled. Stay away from this company!
Description of Work: You mean the services that were SUPPOSED to be performed. We paid $3500 for a storm shelter to be installed in our home, but it never happened. Luckily we were able to get a refund after we asked for copies of their business license and insurance (I don't think they have either).
