Description of Work: Annual Termite treatment and quarterly pest treatment. |All service technicians that have visited my home have been professionally dressed, polite and efficient. To date, I have been clear on termites and after my initial pest treatment my wife has not seen any bugs in the house. | |They treat my house quarterly for pests and annually for termites. I would recommend them to anyone in the NWA area. This visit I paid my annual termite contract fee of $174. My annual pest contract is ~$240.

+ -1 moreThe price for their services are competitive. The cost to spray for pests was $75.00 but was effective. The additional information their first rep provided was free and was extremely valuable to us.
Description of Work: They performed a termite inspection for the 2nd consecutive year in the past week. Also, at our request in June of 2011, they sprayed for pests, specifically we requested the service to get rid of ants and spiders. And, they informed us, voluntarily, without charge, how to rid our house of "meal moths" , and it worked! The rep they sent the first two times was on time and even volunteered information on how I could cheaply get rid of some tree ants. He was so courteous and helpful I called the company to compliment him. The last rep was 15 minutes late but was very courteous.

+ -1 moreThey seemed to be very compatible with another company that I got a quote from. I haven't made a decision on any company. They quoted $450. We have used them before and they are good. They have never been late. They are prompt and courteous. They were very thorough while inspecting the property. I would definitely get another quote from them in the future.
