Once again we were in need of a plumbing repair so I called Jack. He came out the same day, courteous, professional and efficient as usual. This call was for a minor repair but it is great to know that Jack will be there whenever we need him for a very reasonable fee. There is nothing better than having a reliable contractor who also becomes a friend.

Mr. Moretto was professional and prompt.

We had gotten back from vacation sat night and our water heater (located upstairs) leaked thru to our bedroom. I found Morretto on Angie's List and loved the reviews so I called him on a Sunday thinking I would just be leaving a msg but he answered the phone. After a brief conversation he told me he could come the next day! I was thrilled!!!! He took out the old, put in the new, even checked some leaks on our vent and took a looksie onto the attic. Very sweet, extremely honest, and incredibly skilled. I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends!

Morretto showed up on time. Evaluated some issues related to a new home purchase that had not been corrected by another plumber. He got the hot water going to all outlets, installed a in line filter. He recommended not replacing a recirculating pump that he could have charged for. He was professional and did not overcharge or take advantage of an opportunity to charge me more tahn was needed

Mr. Morretto is very professional, efficient and cleans up after his installation. I have found him to be very customer friendly and if there is a problem in any area he will immediately come out and make it right.

We contacted Jack to run a propane line to our fireplace. We had just converted it from wood to gas. He came out and inspected the area of the run and gave us a free estimate. His price was fare and he was a very likeable person. We had selected Jack because of excellent reviews on Angie?s List. Jack showed up and did an excellent job. The line had to be run up the side of the house, through the attic, down behind the fireplace and into the firebox. He did a nice, neat job. Jack air tested his work to insure that there were no leaks and he cleaned up the work site when he was done. He was very professional and easy to talk to. He is now on our list of preferred contractors. I would recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing repairs or new installation.

Our residential gas tank water heater has been marginal since house purchase in 2011. Water heater was apparently less than 2 years old at house purchase. Over some weeks it became even more marginal, to the point of lukewarm ... for a short while ... before we were forced to bail out of showers turned cold. Wife had been annoyed for some time, but the cold shower finally caught my attention. A careful reading of Angie's List led to two alternate conclusions about Moretto Plumbing. Either 1) Jack is a really good plumber, person, and businessman, or 2) Jack has an awful lot of family who are ghost writing his praises. Answer: Contributors are NOT his family, and Jack certainly IS a really good plumber, person, and businessman. I made an appointment for 3 days later when I was working at home, and he was right on time. It was intended as a diagnostic call. He diagnosed a poorly functioning/non-functioning electronic thermostat. Your and my home computers have a way that we may reboot if things get fouled up. The computer system that runs this thermostat has no reboot button. Jack disconnected the wires from the thermostat, paused, and reconnected. It in fact did reboot. I called to ask the manufacturer if the heater and thermostat were under warranty. "Yes, until 2016." "Is there a reboot button, in the event this happens again?" "No." "Seems like that could be a nice feature," says I. "Yeah", says manufacturer. In the meantime, the heater slowly, slowly heated up to the point that the water is hotter than it has ever been since home purchase. So for the time being, the heater and wife and I are happy again. To answer our questions about what to do when this recurs, and the heater... then wife ... then I get fed up, Jack got all the information from us and from our gas system that he will need to base an accurate quote on replacing the system with a tankless gas heater. The wife will want tankless. That will eventually be a whole lot more expensive fix than disconnecting and reconnecting a couple of wires. However, whenever we do that, Jack will be the guy we will hire for the job. We know it will be done right, quickly, and fairly ... and we will understand what is done. By the way, Jack didn't try to sell the tankless system. He simply discussed with us what our options will be, the pros and cons between keep fixin' the present unit vs. replace with another gas tank heater vs. replace with gas tankless. It will be our choice.

Called him and he was out the next day. The flush seal on the toilet was not a brand that you could easily get. He had one and was able to replace it and get everything working properly.

Jack showed up on time as usual and did a very professional job. Jack was very courteous and offered some great advice on keeping the system operating at peak performance.

Jack responded promptly to my phone call to check my hot water heater. He replaced the heating elements in my hot water heater with upgraded elements to provide more and faster hot water.

Mr. Moretto showed up exactly on time and took off his shoes before coming into the house. He took out the old faucet and replaced with a new one that we had purchased. Earlier he had provided an estimate of $65.00 and he stood by his estimate for the job. In addition he repaired a leaking valve. He was very polite and did an outstanding job. We will call him again for plumbing work. He also provided a reasonable estimate for landscaping work which we are considering.

Great. He showed up promptly, within an hour of being called for my non-emergency. I showed him where my floor drain is located and explained my concern about the slow water flow through the drain. He went back to his truck, carefully latching the fence gate, and returned with his electric-drill driven steel "snake". While he began the rooting of the drain and piping, I noticed rusty water across my wood floor which apparently dripped from his tool as he walked from the patio door to the furnace room floor drain. That is the ONLY complaint about his visit. He spent about 30 minutes rooting the drain and repeatedly ran water to make sure he had done a complete job...he had and I am very pleased with the work he did.

Jack, the owner came out immediately after we called him to assess and fix a main water line break in the yard. He was fast and efficient and got the job done within the hour.

Moretto Plubming came highly recommended by a trusted business owner. Jack provided quality service for a competitive price. My formerly ugly detatched garage has been transformed into my beautiful new pool house with full bath. I am more than satisfied and would highly recommend his services. In fact, I plan to call upon his landscaping talents this coming Spring!

He told me that he would juggle his schedule to help me out and was at my doorstep in under an hour. He was professional, personable, and very knowledgable. His quote to complete the job was excellent and he went straight to work. He carefully checked for leaks and tidied up as he moved on to the next project. Jack took time to give me a quote for the next phase of our remodel plan. He has great attention to detail, discussed different options with me and offered his opinions on what would be most cost effective. This was very helpful as I manage the remodel and keep costs under control. After purchasing an older house, I know we will be needing a plumber programmed into my phone. Jack is now my go-to guy. It was stressful having the other plumber cancel but so glad that I had Angie's List to help me find Jack. No more cold cereal out of paper bowls, yucky school lunches or drive-thru for dinner--the kids thank Jack, too!

It was hard to reach him at first but then once he called back, meetings went well and on time. This was an Angie's Deal.

He did an excellent job installing the dishwasher, and it turned out there was nothing wrong with the shut off valve.

We called him Jack on a Saturday morning and he came right over within 1.5hrs to access the damage, and write a proposal. We have a broken water line underneath our driveway. We then called him on the following Thursday afternoon and he came over that same day after we got home from work around 6pm to install a temporary water line while we wait for the insurance company to review our claim. By 7:30 we had running water in the house. Jack is a true professional who loves helping people, and we would highly recommend him.
