Despite contact...Morietti never responding with available dates. Initially, there was an opportunity but when I called he had to fly to California. He did not return contact, as discussed, upon return. I reached back out but he would not provide availability by message (only option available to me while at work). Very unprofessional and I paid $150.00 but never received any service.

I called around June 18th due to water coming out from under toilet after flushing it. We also had an on-going issue with water leaking from under the kitchen cabinet. I had to leave a voicemail when I called, but they called me back within 1-2 hours of my voicemail. Don was the plumber I worked with. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. He certainly delivered beyond my expectations and wasn't the stereotype of a plumber (just like their goofy tv ad -- there was no plumbers crack! haha) -- he was very neat and clean in his work -- didn't leave a big mess or anything like that. He came out to run a snake up the main line after diagnosing a clog causing the toilet to back up. He advised the toilet wax seal needed to also be replaced since it had been blown. We were hopeful the kitchen issue was related to the clog in the main line, but unfortunately it wasn't. He charged around $200 that day for the wax ring and unclogging the main line, then set up an appointment to come back the following Thursday to repair the kitchen drain line. He quoted another $500-$800 and half a day's work. He called me the Tuesday before our appointment, well ahead of time, to let me know he had a family emergency and wasn't going to be able to make it that Thursday. The situation was completely understandable, and the fact that he remembered to call during a stressful time in his personal life meant a lot to me and really showed they care about their customers. He ended up coming out the following Friday and repaired the sink drain line. They were fair in their pricing and offered a reduced rate due to not being able to get back out when we had originally agreed. The final bill for the drain repair ended up being somewhere around $400, which was less than he originally quoted, and it took him around 2-3 hours to complete. I would recommend Moretto for any plumbing need based on my experience. I was very pleased with the way they conduct business. Even though the performance of service was delayed, the most important part to me was their timely communication, commitment to making their customers happy, and topped off by offering a discounted price for the trouble.... Not to mention what I felt were fair prices to begin with.

Great experience! Our hot water heater went out late in the evening. I called Moretto Plumbing at 7 a.m. the next morning and had a new hot water heater installed that evening. Great quality service. Very transparent with prices. Would highly recommend.

This is going to be a short review because of my time restraints right now, but WOW we have him now down as our 'go-to' plumber. He came out twice, gave great money-saving advice, and figured out the plumbing problems quickly after we had gone over our own trouble-shooting. This guy takes consumer advocacy to heart - he gets his kicks from giving good money-saving advice without any ripoffs. I can very much see him one day on one of those awesome home shows on cable. The above price is my best memory, but may not be exact. I do remember how fair the price was. We heard of him through Angie's List, so way to go guys!

Installer came and evaluated the job. Had to get a different tool and scheduled to return at a later time. The technician was able to fix the issue quickly and the faucet is secure and working properly.

Jack Moretto came to my house and looked at the problems I was having. He returned with the tools needed at the agreed upon time and stayed 2+ hours fixing everything. I would highly recommend his services to anyone. Very professional, knowledgeable and nice guy. Doesn't get any better.

We had been fighting a leak under the kitchen sink for about six months. Three service calls, all new lines, a new faucet, and lots of money later...still leaking. At this point the other plumber quit answering my calls. I called Jack this morning, expecting a later in the week appointment, but he was here by the late afternoon! He had the valve fixed in no time and checked several times to make sure it wasn't leaking. I usually meet the service providers by myself, as my job is more flexible for that sort of thing than my husband's, so it's important to me that I feel comfortable with the individuals that come to my home. I felt completely comfortable with Jack. He was knowledgeable and very professional and I will call him again if needed. Hopefully it's not soon!

Within a week the drain was overflowing again. Davis plumbing was called about bathroom issues and fixed the drain at that time. The coupon from Angie's list for Moretto did not have an expiration date and this was challenged and the coupon was accepted after showing no date on the paperwork.

Jack Moretto was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He let me know when he was on his way to the house, and was very punctual. He explained what needed to be done to fix each faucet, obtained the parts needed, and completed the work in a timely manner. He had me check each one to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I will definitely call Moretto Plumbing and Design the next time I need a plumber!

I would not use this company for anything. I thought it was going to be a good transaction but that quickly went by the waste side. The person who came out to do the repair showed up on time and was polite. He said he would have to replace all the hardware inside the toilet. I went ahead and paid him for the service. I noticed when he left that the toilet would still run when flushed (same problem he was called to fix). I called the owner who indicated that the handle needed to be replaced and that they would bring one out the next day free of charge. I thought that was so very nice of them. They didn't show up. I ended up buying a new handle but the problem only got worse. It was around the holidays and it took me about 3 weeks to get a new water bill and to my shock it was double what I was normally paying. I contacted the owner and let him know it was still running and he got an attitude that he couldnt be responsible for that. I wasn't saying he was I only wanted him to fix the toilet. I ended up turning off the water suppy as I was in the process of moving away from the area. I went up to the house this week only to find the part had come completely dislodged from the rest of the unit. I am now going to have to pay another plumber to fix this companies mistake. Before the owner or a representative responds to this review saying I should have let them know earlier.. I did. I called him 1-2 times and my wife called him once. There was a constant attitude and I wasn't where I could take action so I am just now getting around to being able to share my experience. I honestly don't blame the owner of the company. It wasn't him that did the install but I would expect him to fix the issue. I will consider that a 175.00 or so mistake and I will make sure and stay on top of this type of issue in the future. BUYER BEWARE.

Jack did an excellent job identifying the issue and making the necessary repairs! Jack is very personable and provides excellent customer service. Will continue to use for future service and projects. Highly recommended!

The service from Jack was outstanding! He was able to fit us in quickly on the same day that we called. He was very professional, thorough and explained everything he was doing. Jack had everything done in under 2 hours. We absolutely will be using Moretto for ALL our plumbing needs in the future. I highly recommend you go with Moretto if you need a plumber!!

Contractor made excuses as to why the work could not be done. Kept postponing work from a April to August. Finally, obtained another contractor to perform work. In the end we saved considerable amount on the job as Moretto estimate was extremely high.

Excellent. He came out on his day off. Replaced the part at a very reasonable price and at the end of the job we had a very mice visit. I would highly recommend Morretti's,

They gave a quote that was half what I was quoted from another contractor. Much more in line with what I thought it should cost. Jack showed up on time for the estimate then worked with my schedule to install. When it came time to install the installer was very careful not to track dirt in the house. Took his shoes off and even cleaned after he hooked up the stove. Very customer service oriented company.

Professional service and punctual. We already have the facet replacement and that did not upset him that he would be providing it and getting a markup on the unit being replaced. He came into our home and was going to take of his shoes to walk into our living room, I told him he would be OK to come in with his boots on as the kitchen was tiled. He asked if he could use the garage entrance to keep off the carpet so we opened the garage for him to use. He quickly changed the facet then asked if there was anything else he could do for us. Upon writing up the invoice he offered us a Senior Discount of $20.00 without us even thinking of it. He was so very respectful and polite wishing us to have a good day before leaving. Definitely would use him again and recommend him in the future to anyone with certainty he would do a great job for them.

Moretto Plumbing and Design were professional and responsive. They did a great job for a good price, and were knowledgeable. They answered all our questions in detail. We will use them again and would recommend them to others.

It went really well. Everything's working great. I looked on Angie's List and I saw that they were highly rated. I read some comments and I went with them. Their pricing was probably higher than other people but their quality was also very high. They were very responsive.

The service from Moretto Plumbing was excellent. They arrived on time to quote us on the job. They then were 10 minutes early the day the work was to be performed. They came fully prepared to do the job. The work was performed in the time they estimated even though they ran into an unforeseen issue with the water supply. They explained every step of the process. The work was done in a clean workspace, and they disposed of the old materials and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished.

I called Jack at Moretto after getting stood up by another plumber 3 times. Jack showed up when he said he would and was more than professional. He wore shoe covers and was open and honest about the problem. Jack is the third plumber I have had out. First plumber didn't show. Second plumber charged me $55 service fee and said there was no problem. Jack took the time to ask me what my concern was and actually find the problem. He did not charge a service call just to come give me a quote. He had to order parts and when they arrived the next week we scheduled a time for the repair. Completed the work and cleaned up any mess. Very satisfied. One of the more honest and open service providers I have dealt with in a long time. Thanks for the work Jack!
