I called Jack on Sunday morning to discuss a mist system for my patio. He came out the very same day and I told him that I wanted a customized mist system and not the packaged type that you buy online. Jack asked many questions about what I expected the system to do. After offering me three different options we decided on a system and Jack showed up on the day he had promised and did a very professional job. All of his work was neat and very professional. Jack made me a part of the project right from the beginning instead of telling me what he was going to do, he asked what I wanted. I had suggested that we direct the nozzles at a 60 degree angle which was causing moisture to accumulate on the patio. When I told Jack about the problem he came back and made the necessary adjustments without charge even though he was not at fault. I can't say enough good about the experience I had with this company.

.Our master shower valve, over 40 years old, would not shut off. I gave Jack the information, he ordered the part; when the part arrived at the distributor; Jack came that evening to make the repair. Considering the nature of the repair and material cost; the price was very reasonable. Jack is our plumber of choice.

Jack gave me a very fair price on the toilet and installed it in a timely manner. I had a leak and called him back and he came immediately and fixed the problem (a bolt that needed tightening) and did not charge me an additional service call. Jack is a Christian and lives his life as such. I would highly recommend Jack based on his knowledge, professionalism, and fairness.

I called and left a message at 2 pm. He returned my call within 30 minutes and was on site within an hour. He cleared the blockage and repaired pipe by 4:30 pm.

I had a pretty bad water leak in my Kitchen i thought it was my garbage disposal so i signed up on Angie list and found Moretto plumbing ...contacted him and he came right away and was very honest and told me it wasn't my garbage disposal but a faucet that my son in law had put in wrong . his service was fast and very professional i have more work for MR Jim Moretto i was more than pleased !!!! i will be looking on Angie's list for other things i need in the future i am a believer tyvm

I would not hesitate to use Jack whenever I have plumbing needs. Thank goodness - I have found "my plumber" and will not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Jack was a delight to use. He was always on time and always showed up with a great positive attitude. He really knows his stuff. He would highly recommend him.

Jack was a pleasure to work with. We needed a water supply line installed for our swimming pool. Due to the design of our existing sprinkler system it was determined that we would need more extensive plumbing work done than our pool guys could do. Jack reviewed the situation, determined that the installation of our backflow prevention device was not up to code (was like that when we bought the house), and told us what the scope and cost of the work would be. He provided us with a materials list and location to purchase the parts so that he could complete the work on a Sunday in order to keep the rest of our project on schedule. To help expedite the project (and reduce our expense) we hand dug the trench needed for the pipes, and while doing this we accidentally damaged some existing pipes. Jack identified the damaged areas and repaired them for us. He also helped us out by creating a temporary solution so we could begin to fill our pool before the line was installed. Jack finished his work on time and as he had explained it to us. We would hire him again to work on plumbing or irrigation projects, and I hear he's not too shabby at laying flagstone patios!

Jack, the owner, is a delight to work with. Such an honest and genuine guy. He knew just what to recommend for us and got right to work. He ordered and replaced our water heater. During that visit he also made an adjustment in our showers to extend the shower heads to give us more room. He's timely, professional and efficient. Very honest and efficient.

Jack was on his way home from another job half way across the state of Arkansas, when my husband called him to ask him his advice on a really bad backed up kitchen sink. We had been doing a lot of preparing for our family Christmas party for the next evening when suddenly the sink clogged up. My husband had spent most of the day trying to clear it to no avail, it continued to stay clogged. Jack informed us that he would swing by on his way home but that it would be late. Sure enough, he came straight over from after traveling hours on the road, it was about 10:00 at night, and he came over with his equipment. He got right up on the roof over the kitchen and started to snake the drain and within 20 minutes, the drain cleared and we were back in business for the party! I was so relieved. He did this out of the kindness of his heart. What a guy!
