Description of Work: The one positive: If you are local, Jack will come and give you a free estimate for the work w/out charging a service call. We had two leaky faucets & a 3rd one hard to turn. He fixed four (one was preventative measures). I had to call him back b/c the one that was hard to turn which he loosened began to leak. The other was still leaking. He came back May 2 to retighten the one (which put it back like it was originally) and looked at the other. Said that one needed a new handle and he would find one to replace it with. It is now July 3 and we have never heard back from him. I have myself looked into trying to find a replacement handle but have had no luck. Ready to buy a new faucet and find another plumber to install it.

Description of Work: Made appointment did not show did not call I called them and was told they were ill. No one called me I lost 3 hours of work. No way to make customers happy. Thanks but no thanks.

Description of Work: They changed out a water heater I had already purchased that was a tight fit. They took the challenge on and completed it beautifully. I will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future. They also called and then came early...a first in NWA for a tradesmen for me!

Description of Work: Although you/or they advertised they covered Mena, AR they said they didn't, but offered to do the work for $400 more. I agreed but they never got around to callling me back for over a week. They blamed Angie's List. I got the work done by a local plumber.

Description of Work: He came to fix a leaky faucet. He replaced a "cartridge" in the faucet. The faucet still leaks from time to time. It took three visits to fix the leak. Price is outrageous - I was charged $50 for a part I found on Amazon for $15 ... I expected the labor to be expensive and I was right - $150 for about 1 1/2 hours work. So much for a faith based business.

Description of Work: I was searching for a potential plumbing need on a home a buyer/client's inspection report identified trying to anticipate a possible repair prior to closing. Mr. Moretto was the first one to call, I emailed the report to him and he got back with me quickly and verbal responses to the issues. Thankfully we didn't have to have any repairs done but I appreciated the professional and quick response he gave to me.

Description of Work: Jack had to remove valves from two very old shower faucets. It was not an easy task but he had the skills and tools to accomplish the task . Unfortunately the supplier gave him the wrong trim pieces; he picked up the correct pieces from the supplier and completed the job. He was very professional, courteous, and the work are was clean after he left. i would definitely use Moretto Plumbing for my next plumbing job.
