+ -1 moreCharlie and his helper were just wonderful, professional and did a fabulous job. They protected the moldings and corners in the house. They put a towel under the hose where they needed to protect our hardwood floors. They were very neat and efficient. The truck and their equipment were in top condition.

+ -1 moreIt looked fine right after they did it but some of the stains came back. They weren't as bad as they were but I could still see some spots. I'm not going to be using them again because I'm moving out. They did an okay job, I don't know why those spots came back. I don't know if they didn't work hard enough, I just don't know. I know they were pet stains.

Description of Work: Charles arrived, checked out the 3 rooms to be cleaned and where the nearest outside water outlet was. He then set up his equipment and began to work. Three hours later he finished the job. The carpets were clean and smelled great. He did an excellent job.

+ 1 moreMagic carpet arrived midmorning, promptly got to work moving furniture to accomadate the carpet stretching portion of the job. He then cleaned the carpets thouroughly and raked the pile to make the carpets look better than new. The carpets were not satureated with water so they dried quickly and smelled fresh. Charles left about 5:00 p.m. that day.
Description of Work: Magic Carpet cleaned our entire carpeted two story home. Charles also cleaned the stairs and stretched some areas where the carpet was loose and wrinkled. Service was prompt with no sticky residue left behind when the carpets dried. I use this company for my home as well as emergency response/waterdamage for serveral commercial properties and am totaly satisfied every time.
