Description of Work: Needed a "T" put in propane line in the attic to be able to connect a new furnace. Also do 2 rebuilds of outdoor faucets which had tended to leak over time.

Description of Work: Great response time to our phone call we found on Angie's List. Made same day service call to see why A/C & Heater unit was not working. It was 96 degree in our home. Our units was too old to repair so they replaced both of them. Fast, efficient work, and cleanup afterward. Only issues were no operator manuals on new units and label on A/C unit didn't match paperwork, and no label on Heater at all. But, the company secretary promptly printed out owners manuals from internet and the Kramer's installer told me the Brand Label on the unit was different from paperwork, because that was the only Brand Label "sticker" he had with him that day so he put that one on unit. He assured me I would have no problems if warranty work will be needed in the future. I'm now thinking I should get that in writing. Would be an "A" rating if I had original manuals and if I had no concerns about the stickers.

+ -1 moreI called them to do my kitchen sink and let them know I would be available and set up an appointment. They did not show up for the appointment. I called back and they acted like they didn't know of the appointment and didn't have it on the schedule. He told me he would call me back but by then I had another plumber scheduled. He is not reliable. He does not schedule well.
Description of Work: They corrected a water leak in a toilet. They resealed and put it back in. I had to have flooring replaced then. I wanted them to fix my kitchen sink and called for another appointment with them.

+ -1 moreThere was a leak caused by a faucet. They had to go into the wall since it was a built in. They needed to go to the other side of the tub unit, drill a hole and fix it. It was only one small hole they needed to patch. They did a really good job. Every time I call it is something I need right away. They were able to come within a day or so. I would call them again.
