These guys are so good I tell you they don't miss a lick. I was so so relieved when they came and took over my job because they knew exactly what to do when to do it where to do it and better yet how to do it. C h a n e the owner is absolutely the nicest guy polite kind considerate to your needs and is certain to get the job done before you pay a dime his health is also very respectful everyone has their personal niche that they do and they all do it 110% with a great attitude a smile on their face and you just keep adding stuff you want done to your house because you see how good is getting done no way do they have measures anything everything is done with extraordinary care and pride in their work I could go on and on and on but the best way you can know what's true and what's not is to hire them you absolutely will not be disappointed not one bit they're the best group of people I've ever had work for me one knows what the other one needs when he needs it they work well together they work well with you there or without you there I just can't say enough about these guys in the work performance that they show the workmanship is phenomenal I would hire them today if I could think of one more thing left to do at my house however I think they about covered it for now I will be adding a garage later and they will be doing it I can assure you that. As far as I'm concerned no one will ever touch my house again other than them they put everyone else to shame I thank God I found them I thank God they all are seriously fit kind considerate clean and professional. I would hire these guys to do anything for me and I suggest to you if you're starting finishing or in between a job you need to stop and let these guys take over you will not be disappointed that I can assure you. They aim to please and they do I thank you to all the crew from Double Down construction and I just appreciate so much the work you did on my home it's absolutely beautiful thank you chane and all your guys if you ever need a reference you give me a call tell tell them to give me a call LOL you should be very proud of yourselves because you are very very good at what you do which was everything I used them for so many different things they're not all listed about but anything they touch is going to be done 110 percent again thanks guys see you soon!!!!!!?

It went great. Ben showed up every day and worked all day even in extreme hot weather. They even did a few little extra things just to help me out. Thanks!

James was outstanding! Our condenser fan on the AC broke. He was able to get it replaced in less than 24 hours on the hottest day we have had so far! His prices were very reasonable. We will definitely use him again if we have other issues!!

The install was very quickly scheduled and the DDC team worked with me on flexible payment options, which helped to get the job completed faster. DDL was quick to answer the telephone Christie was knowledgeable and represented quickly to my needs. An appointment was made for the afternoon of the day I called. James was very prompt, courteous, and personable. The problem was fixed. If I need a new unit down the road, I will use them, again. Love this company.

Workmanship was great, as was communication with the office. Pricing was reasonable. Punctuality and communication from skilled laborers needs improvement, regarding when they will be on the job site, when they will arrive, and when they will leave. The job could have been completed in far fewer days if they had worked full days each day.

Overall, good work. They completed all jobs as desired and did a good job. They left a little mess in the main room they were working in (some trash, spare nails and wood pieces, etc) that I cleaned afterwards, but otherwise things went well.

This is a responsible company full of people with big hearts and compassion. Not only did they complete the job in a very timely manner, they took the time to think out the project and not leave any important details overlooked. Fine craftsmen, educated in all areas of the work needed done. Left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Pricing and billing was beyond fair. The price I quote was just an in the door and exceptionally long discussion as I asked so many questions and received through answers.

Work went really well, I asked for some things that were a lil outside the box such as the niche across the entirety of shower and some countertops that were new to them.. they took the time to research and implement, i was very happy with the results.. the thing i think i can appreciate the most though is that when the job called for 1 guy there was 2 guys and when it called for more there was 5 guys, bathrooms were done on time.. it wasn’t 1 guy taking 8 weeks to remodel 2 bathrooms

Everything went so smoothly and in a timely manner as promised. They were patient with my ever-changing requests and helped build out my dream closet! The granite is so beautiful, even more in person. It’s so hard finding reliable people out here and the superseded my expectations.
