Overall experience very positive. Assessed problem quickly and accurately. performed with care and cleaned up afterwards. Office staff very helpful and friendly and squeezed me in on a Friday afternoon with short notice. When water heated acted up the following day (Sat.), followed up quickly in person and at no cost to me. Turned out to be water in the lines- work was not done incorrectly.

Everything was working well before Jon left but the next day I experienced problems with my kitchen sink being clogged so I will call them back. The dry weather and lots of large trees in the area are apparently causing me more problems, but I am sure Davis take care of them.

Sprayer was malfunctioning so called Davis Plumbing to fix. Representative from Davis recommended I contact Pfizer and request a new sprayer and hose since Pfizer products have a lifetime warranty. He gave me the part number and phone number to Pfizer and I ordered that day. He did not charge me for the visit and said to contact him when I received the part. The part arrived, I called them and they arrived the next day to install. They were professional, courteous, and competent. I would highly recommend them and will use them again.

The leaking on the ceiling told me that there was a problem with the pipes somewhere between the sink and the ceiling. I removed sheetrock beneath the kitchen sink to diagnose the problem. I found a broke "T" connector to be the leak problem and I ran my drain auger 23' into the drain but was unable to remove the clog. At this point, I knew I needed some professional help. I called Davis Plumbing and Repairs and described the exact problem to Russell Davis, a co-owner. He told me Jon would be out in the afternoon. Jon arrived at the agreed upon time and looked over the situation. I stated to him that my auger only reached 23' and did not clear the drain. He gave a price and assured me that he had a 100' auger. However, this auger and all of the parts to repair my plumbing was in his other truck which was in the shop! Okay, we agreed on a time for the next day and on the estimate. Jon arrived early and called to make sure it was alright. It was. Jon quickly went to work and had the piping and fitting repaired in about an hour. He then went to work on the clog using some chemical. I wonder why he didn't run his auger down the pipe while he had all apart but I didn't ask. After 30 minutes or so of chemicals, I sugested he might get his auger and use it. At this time jon informed he that he did not have an auger with him. After some more time passed with no clearing of the drain, I suggested that he might try my auger once more. I went to the garage and got my cordless drill, which spins the auger, and my drain auger. Jon worked for awhile longer and suggested we let the chemicals work, he would go to Bentonville to get his auger and return the next day if the chemicals had not worked by then. I told him that I would need a longer auger myself so I would get one and keep working on my clogged drain. I drove into Rogers to buy an auger and back home, 40 minutes. I spent the next hour working to clear the clogged drain. Another 30 minutes of clean-up and my plumbing job was done. So, 2 hours including a trip to town later, I had the job Davis Plumbing was hired to do completed. I called Jon to let him know but had to leave a message. About a wek later I received my bill via e-mail which was for the entire agreed upon price. Really? For $25 in parts and about an hour labor. He was here alot longer but he didn't have the proper tools to do the job and this was the second trip out-he knew what tools he needed! I e-mail my greivances to Davis Plumbing and requested a discount. About another week later I receive a new bill. This one includes a 10% Angie'sList discount on labor which I was offered during Jon's first visit and a special discount for my troubles. This was an additional 10% discount for parts. So, 2 hours of my time, wear and tear on my car, gas, the immediate purchase of a $23 auger, and the use of my tools was worth a wopping $2.50 in discounts!!! All of this after I told exactly what I needed on day 1 over the phone and their own plumber came out and knew what he would need on day 2.

I called Davis Plumbing on a Saturday knowing that they were not open but left a message for a call back on Monday (since the issue was not an emergency). I got a call back promptly on Monday morning and scheduled an appointment for first thing Tuesday morning. The technician showed up on time, removed his shoes before entering the house and was very neat, professional and efficient in resolving the problems with the toilets. A very good experience... I would highly recommend and use Davis Plumbing again.

The fellow that came out here was just fantastic. I think his name is John. We did have a problem with the copper line and he didn’t get a good joint, so he had to come back and he apologized all over for that. There was a leak and he fixed that up and there are no problems. I think he was here for an hour and a half. It wasn’t a big leak and was just a drip but it could have become worse over time. He was just fantastic and I can't praise him enough. He did a wonderful job and came right back when there was a problem. I was very pleased with him.

Jon arrived a little earlier than expected which was fine with me, he listened attentively while I described what I thought was the problem, then quickly made his suggested plan for repair. He was quick and efficient, very professional and the work he did was clean, neat and effective. I would recommend Davis Plumbing to anyone who needs plumbing repairs done.The 10% discount to Angies members was nice too.

It should have been a week long job and they tried to do it in two days. They trashed my sprinkler system and did a lot of damage to my yard. They tore up my driveway much more than it needed to be torn up. I was very unhappy with Davis Plumbing & Repairs LLC.

An Angie's List referral, this second service call went as smoothly as the first call. With such an old house, I am glad I know who to call for any plumbing issues. John also honored the Angie's List coupon, which is nice but I would have given them a call anyway.

He came right out. Was very professional and nice. I would recommend him to anyone! Plus he gives a senior discount. He was just a great!!

Woke up at 4:30am, the Sunday before Memorial Day, hearing a noise. Went into my kitchen and found water gushing from under my kitchen sink. Got someone to come turn off the water at the meter since I don't have a whole house shut off and couldn't get to the one under the sink back in the corner. After checking reviews on Angie's list for plumbers I found two with numerous good reviews - Patterson and Davis. On Monday morning (Memorial Day) I called Patterson Plumbing to leave a message and someone answered the phone. He told me to call early Tuesday at seven and that's the time I called. The phone immediately went to voice mail on the second ring and I left a message and indicated I had called on Monday. I waited half an hour and when no one called me back I called Davis Plumbing. Someone answered the phone, took my info, and said she would contact the service technician to call me. At ten thirty when Patterson Plumbing returned my call, John, from Davis Plumbing, was half way through fixing my problems.He showed me the worn out valve that caused the kitchen problem and the kit I bought from Lowes to try and fix the pop up valve in the bathroom didn't have all the necessary parts, so he had to use a new assembly. He did a very good job and did not leave me a big fat mess to clean up like the last plumber I had used, so I really appreciate Davis Plumbing and John.I would definitely recommend this company, they were prompt, didn't leave me sitting for hours to let me know if anyone would be able to come today, did a good job, cleaned up and didn't gouge me on the cost.

I went on Angie's List and, out of all the plumbers, I choose Davis Plumbing & Repairs. I was extremely satisfied from start to finish. I called around 8:00 that morning and I was pleasantly surprised when Jon fit me into his busy schedule after he had a job in Cave Springs. Since the property was quite a distance out on Beaver Lake, we choose a place in Rogers and he followed me out. There was nothing slow about Jon. Even though he was very professional and courteous, I could tell he knew exactly what he was doing by the way he worked so proficiently. He shared that he had only worked for Davis Plumbing for a short time. Wow, way to go, D.P. for adding such a valuable employee to your company. Because of this experience, I will be a repeat customer!

They were good. I had used them one another time for something else and it was satisfactory. They seemed to be knowledgeable and professional. They are reasonably priced. I don't think they could have done any better. If I ever need, I will definitely use them.

This was my second experience with Davis Plumbing over a year's time. I received a callback within 30 minutes to schedule an appointment. They are courteous and work quickly so as not to charge additional time. They explain what they are doing, what caused the problem, and how to prevent future issues. In addition, they offer a senior discount.

I called Davis Plumbing and submitted an order to Misty. Misty was cheerful, helpful and informative. Within 30 minutes I received a call from John, the plumber who would do the work. We discussed the scope of the work on the phone and made an appointment for 8:30 the next day. John called fifteen minutes before he arrived to let us know he was on his way. After arriving John and I reviewed the scope of work and due to my changing requirements john cheerfully went to purchase additional supplies. John returned shortly thereafter and not only extended by water line but also installed for me the capability to shut off the water from inside the basement and gave me a drain line. All work, including having to get additional supplies took less than three hours. The work was expertly and cheerfully done, by a true professional, at a very reasonable price. I now know where to go for any future plumbing needs

I turned to Angie's List for a plumber since I had already decided not to call a previously used company. Davis Plumbing was listed with high ratings. The lady who answered the phone was pleasant and said the service manager would call, which he did within minutes. An appointment was set up for the next day for estimation. John arrived promptly and looked over the projects related to the home remodel. Respectful and professional, John also gave concise , appropriate explanations of the house's particular plumbing (it is an older home I bought less than a year ago.) I agreed to the estimate (very fair and reasonable) and an appointment was set for the next day. We did have to change the original time. John came to the house at the new time and promptly went to work. John has an eye for details, did the jobs, cleaned up, and fully explained the what/how/why's of what he did. Excellent communication skills. The job took a little longer than expected (due to tub drain), and I appreciated a service professional who was willing on a Friday late afternoon to stick around and get the job done right.

On time, when promised. Two days of trenching, rerouting, and back feeding to get it right. They also did a great job of cleaning up afterwards covering ditch, leveling yard and getting rid of all rocks uncovered while digging.

They are FANTASTIC! We had some issues and they were here immediately to fix and take care of what needed to be taken care of. I couldn't ask for a nicer contractor. I have recommended them to everyone I know as they are truly top notch and trustworthy, not to mention FAST!!!

I called at 10:15 am and got service the same day. They gave me a 30 minute window of time they would be there and they were right on! They also gave me a courtesy call 30 minutes before they were to be at my house, so if I had forgot, I wouldn't miss them. He fixed the the broken hot water connection within 20 minutes and then went in the house (recently purchased) and checked all my plumbing (under sinks, tubs, etc) for leaks. He wanted to make sure I didn't have any problems after he left he said. This was a perfect experience and I will only use Richard Davis' Plumbing from now on. I think they are located in Rogers, but my house is in Centerton. I am very pleased with my service and I think the price was reasonable. He was very professional and clean. I wasn't concerned with him in my house nor being in the house alone with him. I will definately use Richard Davis Plubing again if the need arises.
