Very disappointed in my dealings with this company. She came out to the house quickly and things seemed to go well. Told me that I would receive a proposal on Monday, came to house on Thursday. After 1 week I sent her a second email address since I had been having problems and wanted to make sure she could get in touch with me. Never received a reply. Nine days later still no reply so I sent her another email asking her if she had decided to not work with me. She sent me a text message the next day saying that she was having an email issue and would resend the proposal the next day, I never received it. Four day later I sent her a text message and no reply. That was five days ago with nothing from her, I give up. She was very nice when she came to the house and I was looking forward to working with her. Hopefully this is not how she conducts business with everyone. It is not hard to send a reply text message stating that she doesn't have time or just doesn't want to work with me. I would have understood and not been left with such a bad impression of her business.

They picked out colors and then they purchased the furniture and also talked about connecting us with a company that did fabrics. They gave us advice on how to make our rooms look nicer. They were good about talking with us about the different furniture types and what goes with the style of our house and what we liked. The conversation was good and the ability to decide which direction to go was appreciated. I will use him again in the future.
