Description of Work: A Cleaner Approach cleaned a sofa-sleeper on May 24 and ridded it of 20 years of odor and dirt where dogs had slept on the floor against each end of the couch and also got rid of all but some of the tiniest hairs that had drifted into the seams of the sofa over the years. I was pleased enough that I asked Tim, the owner, to return to take care of a mysterious mildew odor in the house I moved into. He sprayed a nontoxic mix in the bathrooms and suggested that I drill holes in a few places. The odor has not returned.

 + -1 moreThe owner does the cleaning with a truck mounted hot water extraction system. He called and asked if he could start work a little early -- no problem on my side. Basically, he will need to hook his system up to your hose to fill the water tank. Not a lot, no big deal. He did a fantastic job. He works his butt off and is a perfectionist. I really like this company and will gladly use his services again.

 + -1 moreTechnician was on time, polite, friendly, efficient, and completed the job in under 2 hours. Carpets looked great and there was no damage done (which was my last experience with a different carpet cleaning service). Upholstery also looked better than the last time it was cleaned. I would definitely recommend A Cleaner Approach.
Description of Work: Cleaned 3 areas of carpet, couch, 2 chairs, 1 ottoman and applied Scotchgard to carpet.

The carpets turned out better than expected and my kitchen tile looks amazing. I had forgotten what color my grout lines were actually supposed to be.
