 + -1 moreThey are extremely good, fast, inexpensive, really nice guys. When they say they're gonna be here there here, they work very quickly and they're in and out so it's not like they're here round the clock or whatever they're here trying to get everything done. I've used them several times, they're very good.
Description of Work: I use R & R Sheet Heating & A/C for heating and a/c services. They worked on one of our a/c units.

 + -1 moreThe Tech arrived within the given time and even called in advance to let us know he was coming. Once he arrived, he actually Listened to me explain the problem(s) and then wasted no time in getting to work. He had everything with him he needed and was done in about 1.5 hours, instead of taking the entire half of the afternoon doing this. He cleaned up and picked up after himself and left nothing for me to throw away, even though my trash cans were right there, outside. I can speak well of their Tech, his job and the over-all price and will not hesitate to use them in the future or to recommend them them to my neighbors and friends! GOOD JOB!!
Description of Work: I was having Bad Troubles with my 15 year old+ A/C unit in trying to keep up with the Arkansas summers. This is the same unit that was in our house when we bought it brand new many years ago. I just thought it was running low on coolant but after their Tech came out and did some checking, it turned out that it needed a MAJOR cleaning, both inside the blower and the outside unit itself.

 + -1 moreThey were very responsive when asked for an estimate. They showed up when they were supposed to and came in under budget. They did a great job. The only thing I would tell them to do differently is get a proper vac and broom for cleaning up afterward.
Description of Work: Replaced heat & air unit, new thermostat, cooling line, condenser, re-vented furnace & hot water heater, enlarged initial duct, put in larger air return, trimmed out closet where vents went up to attic.
