Description of Work: Checked HVAC system and purchased 1 year maintenance contract. They showed up on time reviewed equipment made some minor corrections, and signed us up for yearly maintenance. |Very professional, took pictures of the problem that they corrected.

+ -1 moreProvider was very quick to give an estimate and perform the installation. Explained in detailed all services to be performed. The installers were punctual, courteous, and were very careful to not cause any messes inside the home. After the service was complete, the sales rep fully explained all paperwork being signed, rebates, and the company even registered the product saving me the “hassle” of having to do it.
Description of Work: Installed complete AC/Heating unit.

+ -1 moreTheir prices on servicing and repairing the unit are twice as high as everyone else. The unit had a safety switch on it that needed replaced and they told me it would cost $112. When I called another company they informed me that this was a $15 part. They wanted an outrageous price for the labor as well, giving me an estimate of over $444 in labor for the rollout switch and a heat exchanger that needed replaced. I was able to find a place to do the same job for around $150.
