Description of Work: Labor and material to pull and reseat hall toilet with new wax, bolts and supply line. It went very well and it only took about 30 minutes.

Description of Work: This report is late because we joined Angie's List today and saw that we could fill out this form. The date given in this report is an estimate, as it has been some time since it happened. He was difficult to get a hold of and once we had a date planned, he later canceled and rescheduled. Over all, it took 2-3 weeks to get our 1 hour job completed. He was asked to hook our propane gas tank up to our vented gas logs and show us how to start the gas logs when needed. When he finally came to our house, my husband asked him to explain what he was doing as he worked so that we would be able to do some of this ourselves, if needed. He did not explain, nor did he offer any reason for not doing so. He did warn us about the difference in the weight of propane vs natural gas, and we appreciated that information... but that is all he told us. The work he did took less than an hour,
