Description of Work: Randy Jones the owner is wonderful to work with. We have a very old HVAC system that seems to always have something wrong with it. Randy would always send someone out to our house within an hour or less if it was an emergency. This year our air completely died and it would have been to costly to fix. Randy had his crew replace it within a day. They were prompt and cleaned up after themselves. I trust Randy to tell me the truth and get it done right. He's not out for a fast buck. He wants to establish long lasting relationships with his clients by providing quality service. I had received other bids from other companies before I found Randy Jones and most didn't want to fix it properly and wanted to over charge. I would recommended Jones Heating and Air to anyone and do recommend them to my neighbors and friends.
