 + -1 moreThey came in and installed the logs and everything. It was a good job. They told me how to clean the logs in the fall and how to do everything, and that they would come back and do the service for us if needed. They were very prompt. We called, made an appointment, and the man said they would have to come out and take a look, and set up a time. They were here at that time. Then when they gave me a date saying that they would come back and finish the job, they were here. They were punctual. They were right on the money. There wasn't any overflow, there weren't any extra costs. Everything was fine. I will probably have them out to service the fireplace and things like that.
Description of Work: We used Congo Fireplace to have our regular fireplace converted to a gas fireplace.

 + -1 moreI was not impressed with them at all. First, they ordered the wrong parts, and they also haven't been good about returning my calls. I wouldn't continue to use them, but no one else sells or services this kind of stove. Their customer service has been just terrible. Then they had the nerve to try and collect money for the parts, and they haven't got my stove fixed yet.
Description of Work: They did a repair on my gas stove. They had to repair the pilot light and 2 burners.
