 + -1 moreWhen I first talked to Robert on the phone, I like him right away. He answered all my questions and concerns. He promptly came to our home and introduced his son, Austin. His son immediately started on the yard as Robert asked me to show him the areas of concern and proceeded to explain what needed to be done that day. He was very thorough and so kind. I could instantly tell that he cared about his work and the quality of his work by his professionalism and sincerity. He likes his job!

 + -1 moreThe owner is both very knowledgeable and personable. He knows his business. Austin came right out and took care of everything for my mom. In fact, I was so impressed, by his service that I hired Austin to do my house. Now I know that my Mother and I will never again have to worry about a situation like that again or any other pest control issues. A+ service! Thank You Austin.
Description of Work: Wasps! My Mother had a huge swarm of bees on her house and after two weeks they just would not leave. Also, there was a whole in the ground that was also had bees building a nest underground. I was having a difficult time trying to find anyone who wanted to deal with this situation, let alone just come out and look at it and tell me what was going on or how to get rid of them. One call to Village Pest Management and I knew my Mother was in good hands.

Description of Work: He resolved a problem with wasps building nests near the front door of a home I was selling in Bella Vista. He took care of the problem promptly and for a very reasonable fee. I would use this service again if I lived in the Bella Vista area.

 + -1 moreThey come every 3 months. They work only in Bella Vista. They clean the whole house including underneath, backyard and everything. The person who comes sprays both inside and outside the house. He is a very honest, nice and neat gentleman, and we have been using him for about 5 years now. Since we found him, we don't need anybody but him now. When he says he is going to be here, he will be here. I would use them every time in the future.
