CB Siding

I called Brad and asked him to come give me an estimate for a fascia board I needed replaced. He came out the next day while I was at work to look at it. He text me and told me what materials I needed. I asked him how much it would cost me to have the work done and I never heard back from him. I tried to communicate with him several times over a few weeks with no reply. I went ahead and purchased the materials and did the project myself.

Brad came by twice - once to give me an estimate and then again to do the actual work. He was very punctual both times and was willing to work with my schedule although it was the holiday season when most folks are out. He was easy to talk to and had a friendly demeanor and took time to explain what needed to be done. He was honest and did not push me to get a new sofet or fascia and reattached what had fallen off. Our roof is pretty high and going up there is quite dangerous. Brad made it look easy and did a great job screwing back all the pieces by himself. The job was completed on time and as per schedule. He also did a roof inspection for me as a bonus. Will definitely use him for any future service.

It was my first time using them and I thought it went really well. It was a one man job and he did really good. He was very prompt, he did exactly what he said he would do and I had no issues with him. If I was looking for someone he'd be the one I'd use. He doesn't have an overhead, he doesn't have a big building but his rates were reasonable. I paid $400 for his services.

My roof was not very old when I began to see water damage above the sink in the kitchen. The original roofers are no longer in business, so I asked Brad of CB Siding to look at it. He knew immediately what was wrong, that is, the root of the problem - which turned out to be a problem with the sky lights. He gave me 2 choices as to how I wanted it fixed; I made the decision, and he completed the work in a few hours one afternoon. He also repaired the damage to the kitchen ceiling and inside the framework of the sky lights. Since then we've had snow and some heavy rains, but no leakage. CB Siding replaced an outer wall for me awhile back, and the work was done well and reasonably. I've seen a couple of the houses he's done and will be asking him to give me an estimate for siding my house.

Brad provided an estimate, ordered material, and completed installation in 5 days. Very prompt and professional. Price was below what I expected but the quality of work was far above average. Great job.

He did sliding on, fascia, siding on sides of roof, put stop sign vents in, covered the porch overhang, and redid the porch pillars. Very capable and communicates well. Would use again as needed. jc

Brad works alone and likes to stay in Bella Vista "because they are such nice people" Within a day he will know the outside of your house well and will discuss any problem areas. He painted the corners where light might show the old paint when he worked around our rock pillars. He painted our back window framing so they would match the other windows. He is very detail oriented. Everything has to be just right. He works like it is his home that he is doing. We really appreciated his skills and pleasant personality. We will recommend him to anyone wanting the best.

Took a while to get siding(special order). Very easy to work with.

I had been negligent in removing the leaves on the outside of my carport wall, and subsequently, the wall had rotted away from the concrete driveway up. I asked CB Siding for an estimate, and the owner came over that day and gave me one. It was a lot less than I'd planned on considering the extended damage, but not only that, he finished the job a lot quicker than I'd expected. He used the best materials, made other repairs adjacent to the wall and did a great job. Brad Danker is the owner's name, and I plan to use him to side my home this year.
