Was about two hours early for the appointment. Called to confirm that early arrival was OK. Diagnosed the problem, replaced the circuit breaker and everything now works in the area where it didn't work before.

Everything went as expected. Jeremy arrived on time, performed work as discussed, cost was within expectations and bill was detailed showing all items for hardware and labor. . There was absolutely no additional cleanup after he left. He was able to schedule and complete the work earlier than he had initially expected. He has 1 more job to do after a critical part, surge protector, arrives next week and he finds time in his schedule.

Excellent service! Jeremy was prompt, and got the installation done in an efficient manner and in a short amount of time. I will definitely use Best Electrical in the future for all electrical work!

I would say that Best Electrical provides quality service at a fair price and performs as they say they will. That's what we hope for with all business transactions, but don't always receive. My initial phone inquiry was responded to quickly and we scheduled a time to review our project on site. We discussed our wants and he explained the additional code issues that would need to be addressed. He again responded quickly with an estimate. When we phoned to agree to the pricing and schedule a time to have the work done he specific and confirmed the evening before. He communicated well throughout the project and performed as he said he would.

Jeremy did an excellent job and we were very pleased. He accurately assessed the scope of work during the free estimate and completed everything as expected. It was a full day's work for sure. While it's one thing to meet expectations for the project, where Jeremy really stood out was how he handled an honest (and relatively small) mistake. Jeremy came to me during the project to let me know that he had inadvertently put a hole in the drywall where he didn't mean to. What was really impressive is that he came with the solution already in motion - he had already contacted a painter to come out to handle the repair (at no cost to us) who restored the drywall perfectly. That's professionalism. I appreciate the pride Jeremy takes in his work and the proactive way he took care of a relatively minor issue. We'll definitely call Jeremy again should we have future electrical needs and we'll confidently refer him to others.

After calling an electrician who was very rude, then not getting a call back from two others, I found this company online. I sent a message via his website, and he replied right away. I was able to schedule with email without having to call, which was nice because I'm not always in a location where I can talk on the phone, but I can still use email. He arrived on time, introduced self, looked at the issue, then told me what he would do. He replaced the receptacles and solved my issue within an hour. He was very nice and professional, and I will definitely use again if I need an electrician.

I am completely satisfied with Jerome. He did a fine job and the price was reasonable. He was there within 3 hours after I called him.

Can't say enough about Jeremy, as a person, journeyman electrician and his professionalism. Jeremy was easy to talk to and made me feel trustworthy of his service. Fast responses and arrived on time. The circuit was installed quickly with no problems. Usually I have a mistrust for people in the trades business but Jeremy was by far the best trades person I've dealt with. Would definitely recommend him and wouldn't be hesitant to use him again.

We were totally confused on what outlet and switches controlled what,Jeremy figured it all out for us, and rewired so we could actually use the outlets and fans without confusion.Have never encountered outlets that a switch controlled the whole room and fan,not anymore.That was taken care of..nice switch all by itself.Thank you so much.Came out the same day and completed the job. The kitchen will be done shortly by Best electrical.

Jeremy was friendly, efficient and did a great job all around. Quickly got to the bottom of the problem and solved it just as quickly. A pleasure to work with and definitely will be calling in the future.

Knew what was on the market and suggested a quick rewire for the kitchen fixture. Turned out amazing.

The electrical line in the powder bath proved to be very challenging due to the location of the wall where the line needed to be dropped as it was directly under one of the main AC ducts. Jeremy had to work very hard to get the line dropped in a very tight and difficult place to reach. He got the line in and fixture installed and it looks great. The GFI in the master bath was a very quick and easy install. Very happy with the work !

We needed same-day service if at all possible, and they went "above and beyond" to add us to their already full schedule. The problem was quickly diagnosed and corrected, in a timely and professional way! I could not recommend Jeremy with Best Electrical any more than saying he is the best electrician we have ever had to the house. He arrived right on time, called before he came for my convenience, is very professional and willing to explain all that he is doing. His price is VERY reasonable. Much less than I have paid for other companies and yet I felt like he had so much more knowledge than the other guys. He fixed the problem and was very thorough in checking to be sure that he had taken care of all possible reasons the problem had occurred. I was very impressed and highly recommend him!

Jeremy was perfect. Installed a porch fan twice since the first one I purchased didn't work. I exchanged it while he was here working on lowering my chandelier and then he installed the fan for the 2nd time. On time. great price and would definitely have him do work again.
