+ -1 moreI was surprised when I was told they could fix the hole and rehang the hardware for the curtains. I had been told by two previous estimators that it would be impossible to repair the hole where the previous hardware had pulled out. Also, the spot on the ceiling could be touched up without painting the whole ceiling that the other estimators said would have to be done. The frame and door could be adjusted. I was also very surprised when they said they could adjust the bathroom shower door. When it was installed, the door was not properly lined up so the sliding doors were hard to open and close. The other estimators said the door could not be repaired. The door downstairs had to be replaced due to damage to the door and adjusted so it would not drag on the carpet. I thought the estimate was very reasonable. I did purchase the paint, sink with hardware and door. I was very impressed with their professionalism, promptness, and efficiency in performing the work. Each job was completed to my complete satisfaction.
Description of Work: Bedroom: fixed hole in wall and hung hardware for curtains, painted walls, covered water spot on ceiling, secured door frame and adjusted door so it would not drag on carpet. Kitchen: installed new sink and hardware. Bathroom: adjusted sliding shower door. Downstairs: replaced and rehung a door so it would not drag on the carpet.
