Took it in, didn't required in-home service. He fixed it while I waited. Charged me his minimum, which was less than I'd seen advertised. Went to him after an unfortunate experience elsewhere and upon the advice of several friends.

Took the all-in-one to the shop. He knew what to do, did it, charged me minimum fee.

Files were missing after first service call; immediately returned the computer and he thought he could retrieve most files if not all. Quite the reverse -- hundreds of files are now missing. I've tried to open many folders and they all revert to ONE folder, no matter what document is opened. My husband has had success with Justin in the past but right now I'm so mad I can't see straight. I took the computer over to him and left it. He had ordered a new hard drive and said it should take a little over a day to get the job done. He called me up 2 hours later and said I could pick up my computer. It was ready. - It was an awesome job.

After very poor service at Best Buy, this was an exceptionally good experience with Justin at Bella Vista Computer Services. Although he advised us that it would not be worth fixing our computer, his charges were very reasonable, his advise was sound, and his service was prompt and professional. We will certainly use him again if needed.

I really liked the fact that the gentleman came to my house to fix the computer. He had to disconnect and haul it in. He just made an appointment and showed up. The computer guy went through the stuff and explained the things to me. This community is like a retirement community, sometimes it is harder for the older people to understand the stuff, so one has to be patient and sometimes explain stuff as far as the operation goes.
