handyman service, mailbox repair
 + 0 moreAllen opened the new mailbox/post, inventoried the included parts, and perused the instructions. He began with sledge-hammering the post into very rocky ground, straight up and down with respect with the two-way slopes on which it is mounted. Allen assembled the box and secured it quite well to the post and decorative post housing. Because he didn't have anything until later that afternoon. We shared a couple orange sodas and a pleasant conversation. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing repairs are also offered.
Description of Work: Allen installed a new mailbox. Only 1 hr @ $10/hr. We were so impressed with his timeliness, knowledge, having all tools needed, quality of work, and friendly ways, that we felt like he earned $25 instead... The same goes for installing mirrored sliding doors in our bedroom. All qualities as above. He asked for $25, we paid him $40. Lowes quoted the job at $160!
