My wife and I first contacted Linda Lloyd at Acorn Realty in July 2013.  We decided to retire in BV but live 10 hours away so we knew we would be dependent on a good realtor to help and Linda definitely turned out to be a great choice.  She gave excellent advice and never steered us to anything that was beyond our interests.  Linda remained professional and friendly throughout our business dealings and kept us informed at every step.  She was quickly responsive to our questions and comments.  We were also impressed that she attended the closing on 10/28 - not all realtors find the time to do that.  She was excellent!

Linda was a fantastic Realtor to work with.  Before the actual move, we corresponded via e-mail and I received many listings for possible houses and loads of information on the area.
On each visit to Bella Vista to check out the city and amenities, Linda made herself available every day I needed her help.  She introduced me to the area, as well as taking me to see houses that would meet my requirements.  
When I returned to purchase a house, Linda had assembled a great selection of available houses in my price range and was a joy to work with as I checked each one out and asked a bunch of questions.  She promptly helped me in every way possible with the negotiations and found a great deal on a mortgage.    Linda was always there during the process and afterwards and she helped make this relocation go very smoothly.   A great Professional to work with -- none better.
