"We had been needing some repairs on our house for quite some time but after getting several estimates that seemed way overpriced, we gave up trying temporarily. "Horrible experience! Went to pick out our granite was told if we put a deposit down that day that the installation and tear out would be waived and no taxes! Wow we had just begun our granite shopping and had plans to visit other places but hearing this we jumped on the opportunity. Was told the owner would come out later that week to measure. Three weeks later we ask for our deposit back and miraculously the owner showed up to measure. Got a quote with the tear off of $300. Called and spoke with Allison who told me to talk to her mother who conveyed that she did remember telling us that and would remove the cost. Was told they would be out on Monday to install, when I asked about the tear off I was told it would cost me to have it removed!!! WHAT?!?! Was told by Allison that the “new” person didn’t know that they can’t remove the tear off price!. Wait I spoke with her mom not a new person!! My husband spoke to the owner who stated that the ladies do not have the authority to grant that. We agreed to come get our deposit the following day. My husband arrived at the shop and was told that they will take the old countertops off at no cost. Countertops were installed and looked great. BUT they did not seal the countertops!!! So every drop of water causes the countertops to change color. When we told them about this they again were rude! Don’t buy anything from these people. They are liars and care nothing about customer service!"
