Ryan and a helper showed up on time and in a few minutes moved the organ out of my house and on to their truck. Both Ryan and his helper were friendly and professional. The feedback from where the organ was delivered was the same. No problems. I thought the price or $150 was very reasonable. Would definitely use this company again if I need items moved. From scheduling to getting the job done was quick and easy. Highly recommend.

They were able to move a VERY heavy and cumbersome sleeper sofa out of a narrow door way. Previously four men had worked for two hours to get this sofa out the door and had failed. These guys are incredible! Ray Charles is an valuable asset to this company, brains and brawn. He masterminded getting more packed into a small cube than I thought was possible and it arrived without a scratch!

There were two very nice, professional movers. They were fast, efficient and very helpful. Everything arrived in excellent shape, no scratches or dents. I definitely would use them again and highly recommend them.

They were all very nice and friendly, except one man. I thought they seemed to have a very unorganized way of loading things into the truck, especially having seen other movers load our things in the past. I could tell they were just in a really big hurry and wanted to be done. They damaged two walls in our old home that we had to repair after they left. When we arrived at our new home (about 3 hours away), there was another company there to unload us. They thought the truck had been loaded so chaotically that they assumed we had loaded it ourselves, not a professional moving company. I ended up just having to stand at the end of the truck b/c they had so many damaged items to show me before they could unload them off the truck. This is no exaggeration: there was not one single piece of furniture or appliance that was not damaged by the way it had been loaded into the truck. They didn't cover or shrink wrap any of the furniture (to keep drawers from being damaged. One piece of furniture is damaged so bad, I'm going to have to try to just give it away. Our brand new refrigerator has two big scuffed places on it and our dryer has a dent in the top. The movers at our new home said they hated to say anything negative about another company, but they were horrified at how the truck was loaded and the damage that was done to our items. I chose them b/c they had a lot of great ratings on here, but I don't know what went wrong w/our move. Maybe it was a new crew or something...I guess another thing that should have been a red flag from the beginning was when my husband called to set up the service, he felt that the man he spoke with wasn't professional. He said the man even answered the phone "Yeah?!?!" Instead of stating the business name or even saying "hello?" When he answered. I hate giving someone a bad review, but my stuff is so damaged, there's no way I could even give this company an average review. Oh, and they were an hour and 45 mins later than they'd originally told us. They did call to say they were going to take a lunch break and would be there in about an hour....but they were not there until an hour and 45 mins after that call.

They worked 2 days in a row. We moved the majority of our apartment to our house. We moved furniture from our storage rooms to the house. We also moved completely out of one storage room to another one in another facility. They picked up furniture from a few area stores and returned furniture that we didn't want to keep. They took furniture back to storage rooms when it wasn't going to be used. Two weeks later they came back for half-a-day to help us finish getting out of our apartment and into the house. They also delivered a table to get repaired. I wouldn't use another moving company!

Guys were very professional and did a great job!!

They showed up on time that morning and after I showed them what needed to be moved they immediately started loading stuff into the truck. It took two full trips but they were efficient both in terms of time and truck space. They made sure everything went where it needed to go in the new house and did a great job handling the stand-up piano and treadmill both of which are heavy and cumbersome.

This company is awesome! I had initially scheduled 3 movers to unload my Uhaul into my 3rd story apartment for 9 am on August 7th. However, on the drive from Nashville to Little Rock, I got stuck in traffic and was almost two hours behind schedule when I finally arrived. I called this company around 830 when I knew I was not going to be on time, and instead of giving me a hard time about being late, they just told me to call when I did finally arrive. i called when I got into town, and movers arrived within the hour! The movers did an awesome job! They removed all my bedroom and living room furniture as well as washer/dryer from the truck, carried it to the 3rd floor, and set things up where I wanted them to go. Awesome and professional! One things to note though is that they do not accept cards, so just make sure you have cash. :)

When I called the first week in June, the owner answered the phone. I didn't have to leave a message and wait for a call back. We discussed of items to be moved and time I needed the service, The two men showed up early and got the pieces moved. There was a marble top coffee table and the other pieces were antiques. They were friendly, professional, and took great care of our family pieces. Reasonable rate. Highly recommend these nice folks!

They called if they could pick up the day before the departure. That was fine. They picked up all my items stored in a storage unit and packed theey truck using great space management. They packed refrig/ washer/dryer, bed, dresser and other furniture. They also stopped by the house to pick up additional items. I am a 69 year old widow. They checked on me while I was driving my car. My initial plan was to rent a 20' U-Haul pulling a trailer carrying my Lincoln Town car. I'm too old to attempt that feat plus having to find someone to help me pack/unpack. It was well worth the expense.

The guys were great! They were friendly, fast, and efficient. They called a few minutes before to confirm that we were still on for the day and when they arrived...they got right to it. Once we arrived at my new home, they placed everything where it needed to be and even set up a few things.

It took them two truck loads and 5 hours of actual labor not including drive time. They were quick and worked at a steady pace. I never saw them take a break. The price was significantly less than the price I was quoted. And nothing was damaged. We move a lot and they were by far one of the best movers we have ever had.

All the Right Moves moved my items from a house to a third floor apartment. They began promptly at 8:00 and finished about 3:30. The men were professional and made sure they put the items where I wanted them to go in the apartment. They took the time to put sticky felt pieces on the bottom of my furniture legs since the apartment has hardwood floors. Their attitudes and desire to do an excellent job made the day more enjoyable than I've ever experienced with a moving company. I would definitely hire them again!

Polite, pleasure to do business with. After being yelled at and worked like a horse by the first company (Fixed Rate Movers) it was apparent I should have used them in the first place. Hard workers, fast, polite. No yelling or threats. A pleasure after what I'd endured.

We had a great experience with All The Right Moves. They were professional, efficient, and were a lot of fun! Having their assistance made moving so much easier. They offered suggestions throughout the day, did a great job packing (I am unpacking now and am really impressed with how carefully things were packed), placed furniture (sometimes multiple times until we were happy!), and kept us laughing. Some new friends from the neighborhood came over so our house was full of children. They were great in maneuvering around the kids and making our five-year-old feel like he was part of the team. I was impressed by the little details. Moving is so tiring and things start to fall through the cracks as the day goes on. Not with these guys- they placed furniture in ways that made sense (if we weren't there to direct), set up the garage so we have easy access while unpacking, and insisted on arranging boxes in ways that were safe for our kids. The good reviews here are well-deserved!

I am very impressed with this company. From the fast response here on Angie's list to the completion of the job, everyone I dealt with was on top of their game. The crew was on time, friendly and efficient. They moved a piano. They took a mirror off of a dresser and put it back on at the destination. They even helped me move a mattress to the curb, which was something I had not thought to ask about beforehand. I am confident that these guys packed my belongings securely and safely. There isn't a scratch on anything. The gentlemen were courteous and patient. They could have rightfully grumbled about the neighbor's dog following them into the house (the goofy mutt) but did not. I'm very impressed with this company. I have never used a moving company before but dealing with All The Right Moves was so easy, I will never move without movers again.

Due to a move scheduled ahead of us, they showed up much later than scheduled. I won't fault them too much for this, it happens. We ended up with 3 movers instead of 2 in order for them to catch up. Other than one small, but easily fixable, ding in the apartment wall, everything was very smooth. I can hardly blame them for the ding as they did somehow manage to get our king size mattress down our queen sized stairway without incident. All 3 of our movers were very personable and even stayed a few extra minutes to help us get some of our larger furniture into place.

We have a lot of antiques and they were very careful with them. They were fast, on time, and very helpful in getting us all situated once they moved the furniture in. They did a lot of extra little things like fixing and putting small ramps rigged up on my door. They’re a little family and they have one extra worker, Ray Charles, who is outstanding. He knows antiques and knows exactly how to pack them. He moved my stuff about 5 different times. We’ve used them about 6 times so we knew they were good better than anybody else. They went and got the truck for us and did everything for us that we needed done. They guarded our stuff so nothing was stolen and delivered them in good order.

I can't think of enough good things to say about the company. Their employees are friendly and professional. They are NICE! Most, if not all, of the employees have worked for the company for several years.They are NICE! It took two and a half days to pack and move from Little Rock to Hot Springs Village. They made sure the furniture was placed where we wanted it and were eager to make changes if wished. They had great ideas about furniture placement. By the end of the move the guys were like family and have been invited to come fish when the weather is warmer. In the final analysis they are hard to beat. I take great delight in recommending All the Right Moves.

All The Right Moves has moved my entire household twice in the last three years and most recently moved a large desk from my office to a refinishing shop and then to a third location on short notice. Their folks are experienced, courteous, and professional, and the price is right. I would recommend them without reservation for your next moving job, large or small.

Could not have been better. They did all kinds of extra things to make our move easier. They swept out the garage, arranged things very nicely on our new deck, moved furniture around until we were satisfied, and were just generally helpful.

The quoted charge was $160/hr. that was fine but we were not told we would be charged driving time to and from the job. They were located an hour away so we got charged an extra $320 that we were not expecting. They showed up 20 minutes late. The work was performed in a reasonable amount of time. There were items we were not moving and were leaving for an estate sale. They could never remember what was what. I had to go pull a few things off the truck myself. Afterwards I found a few things that were supposed to have been moved. One of the workers mentioned getting a tip two different times. Not very professional. One guy was diabetic so we had to stop to eat before unloading. 4 guys showed up and we were pleased how rapidly things were wrapped and boxed. They brought their own boxes, wrapping paper and tape. Of course we were charged for them. Overall we were pleased. We were able to get a moving date within a week and nothing got broken. We would use them again but would ask about the extra charges for supplies and travel.

Very well. there was a time glitch and they made up for it by sending two more helpers. An earlier, out of town client had kept them longer than expected which threw them late arriving at my house. They pulled a truck just arriving from Dallas in and as a group, finished the job as promised. I have no complaints other than being off my own schedule. They did everything they had promised and, as tired as they must have been, were in excellent humor, worked hard and made a difficult move very workable. I would definitely use them again.
