The repair to the shower seems to be fine. However, the main bathroom toilet developed a slow leak after he replaced the tank parts. The water leak went undiscovered for over 24 hours--enough time for the water to get under my new floors and damage the ceiling of the room downstairs. The source of the leak turned out to be a crack in bottom of the tank. The crack was obviously not there prior to the parts being replaced, because there was no water leaking prior to the repairs. Advanced Plumbing has refused to take responsibility for the damage and I am forced to cover the expense of a new toilet and the cost of removing and repairing the new floors in my bathroom. ( an additional $400.00 ) So, in the end, these repairs have cost me nearly double what it should have been.
Description of Work: A leak in the main bathroom shower was discovered during remodeling. The upstairs hall bathroom toilet and the master bathroom toilet tend to run periodically, implying a poor seal between the tank and the bowl. Advanced plumbing was hired to fix the shower leak and to replace parts in the two toilet tanks.
