Description of Work: They guy who comes out is very nice and accommodating. He does a really good job and he gets rid of the pests. We have a termite policy with them for years. They come out every 3 months. Over the years the pricing keeps going up.

Description of Work: We have them do our annual termite inspection. We also have quarterly pest control service with them. The service has been great and he has done a great job, but there have been some problems with scheduling. We are still going to continue using them.

Description of Work: I keep using their service because they warranty their work. Regina provides regular pest control and she is fantastic, she is always early and has done a thorough job. For the termite side of things, I have found the service to be lacking and unreliable.

Description of Work: Normally, they send me a card to set up an appointment for my termite inspection. They come out every year. They come out and they just do the outside and they don't ever come back for the inside, which I wished they would.

Description of Work: All went fine. I have used them for 15+ years for termite protection. Last year started with their new mosquito treatment. I was impressed at the reduction in mosquitos. I live in the woods between a river and a creek. I could not stay outside without being eaten alive. Even using repellant and a fan didn't keep them off. After the new treatment I could sit on my deck in the evening and not get a bite. I plan to use the new treatment again this year.
