+ -1 moreThe shelter was guaranteed not to leak. The shelter was put in but they did not put the black material around the upper section. That was my first worry. Then I found water in the shelter. I made numerous calls to the company. They sent someone one time (at a time it hadn't rained in some time). Even though there was water stain in the floor they still did nothing. Many times I contacted the company, even asking to speak directly with Scott Clark but was given the run around. I finally gave up and continue to have a storm shelter that leaks. Don't use this company. They do not stand behind their product.
Description of Work: This company installed a storm shelter for me in my parents backyard.
