+ -1 moreBuds was called to check on a refrigerator they had previously repaired. (About 6-9 months earlier). They were busy and I had to wait a week but when they came, they were very professional and found the part that they had replaced was defective. They replaced this part for free and didn't even charge me a house call. Very nice people to deal with.

+ -1 moreVery helpful people, including receptionist. Came to house when promised and did job quickly and professionally.
Description of Work: Came to my house (25 miles one way) & diagnosed water leak from my refrigerator as a water valve - needed replacement. I had to order b/c they said an "LG" part must be ordered by customer. I ordered the part & it came in, he came back & replaced it. He only charged me the $75 home call fee & came back & replaced the part w/out charging me any additional $.
