i don't believe the report is that accurate

Great experience

I have not yet received the results of the test as of yet 8/17/2020.

Did not provide the service he said he was going too.

This company is fantastic. Immediate response, friendly service. We were not actually able to complete the mold test because we were not told the electricity had to be on to perform the test (it s on a house we want to buy) so they will be coming back when the electric is on.

Mold Test company. Failed in all respects. No report. No refund. No appropriate response to repeated calls.

This was a great company. Friendly and on time. They cared!!. Only thing is if u test positive. The guy i spoke with will not take No for an answer on trying to sell products. He just wont.

I do not have any way to value the work. The tester seemed to know what he was doing however, in order to get results, had to pay substantially more money for further testing, Was told results would be back within 7 to 10 days. Still do not have results and it has been 14 days- can not get anyone to respond to email- can not leave a message on telephone as boxes are full. A totally frustrating experience. .

No test results from air samples as of yet. Waste of time. Dont waste your money with this company !!

We were told the fee was $299 for air quality testing, then when they arrive we are told that is only for one floor of the house and it will be an additional $70 to get another floor tested. NO TRUTH IN ADVERTISING HERE.

Keith was wonderful. He came out the next day and answered all my questions. Peter called me with the results and explained what he saw. The only thing that bothered me was he gave me a phone number of a company for me to talk to. I had not read all the report before they called me. I was not ready to discuss anything until I understood what I was dealing with. I did not go with that company.

Henry came to our house. He was very knowledgeable about mold and what to look for. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Peter who called me with the results was very nice and answered my questions. He even called back the next day when he noticed that an email he sent me didn t go through. They gave me a lot of information to help me continue my search to get rid of my mold and poor air flow.

These guys are pro's from the word GO! They answered every question we had. And offered us additional testing for mycotoxins and bacteria. Great job!
