"The installation was ok with the exception of the wiring entry point into my garage. The pvc pipe was installed half way up the wall. Cosmetically, it does not look well at all. The entry should have been kept low to the ground. The installation was done in early winter so the lawn reconditioning was scheduled ti be done in the spring. However, I paid for services last year. I have called tri- country several times to finish my yard. I must hire someone else to level the mounds and fill in the low spots because I recently had back surgery. I have already purchased the dirt, which was additional expense. Other potential customers need know how this company treat its customers. I will be doing a BBB complaint also."

Family owned business with over 10 years of experience handling all your Decks & Porches, Fencing, Lawn Care, Landscaping, drainage standing water for residential and commercial.
"GLC Services rebuilt my deck. Very unhappy with the way they left it. They did much less than they promised and then pressured me into paying before fixing the problems. I asked them so many times to come and fix the problems. Even though they kept promising to come they never fixed anything. Several deck boards were not even secured to the deck at all and just slid off the deck and fell on the ground. The railing was of two different sizes and looks weird together (one is much wider). The front of the deck has a large overhang where the composite deck boards hang off the edge. Very upsetting."

The cost of a paver patio is $3,800 for a 280-square-foot patio on average. Depending on the patio size, paver material, and design complexity, this cost can range from $2,400 to $7,000 or more.
The size of your patio is a significant factor in the project’s overall cost. If you're building a smaller patio of only 60 square feet, your costs will be closer to $480 to $1,500. If you want a more luxurious 900-square-foot patio, you'll spend closer to $7,200 to $22,500.
A paver patio can last anywhere from 20 to 100 years, depending on the type of pavers and how well you maintain them.
Travertine pavers are usually the most durable, lasting 100 years or more, with regular maintenance. Concrete brick pavers have a variety of shapes and colors available and typically last 25 to 50 years. Traditional brick pavers have a more classic look, lasting around 20 years with proper maintenance.
The cost of a gas grill burner ranges from $10 to $100 or more, depending on the brand. If you’re replacing one burner, consider replacing all the burners simultaneously. Although it will cost more upfront, it will save you the hassle of replacing a burner every few months, and your grill will cook more evenly and efficiently.
If your grill is relatively new or under warranty, it’s worth fixing. If the warranty has run out, find the cost of parts (usually a burner or grate that’s rusted out). If the parts cost more than half the price of a new grill, it’s worth buying a new one.
However, if your gas grill is a built-in unit as part of an outdoor kitchen, contact the grill manufacturer or distributor to check on warranty coverage. You should also contact a local gas grill repair technician to get an estimate for repairs or a price to replace your built-in grill.
On average, a gas grill can last from five to 15 years. Most grill manufacturers offer an extended warranty, varying in coverage and terms. You can help extend the life of your grill by cleaning it inside and out to remove food, grease, and carbon deposits. Protect your gas grill from the elements with a grill cover to prevent it from rusting, lessening the frequency of repairs.
