 + -1 moreIt went very well. Install, removal etc was on time and very professional. A couple weeks later we needed a plumber for a minor drain issue in the laundry room. Troy fixed it promptly and the cost was very reasonable.
Description of Work: Initially used Troy Reynolds to install a dishwasher from Sears.

 + 0 moreI was given an estimate on a Wednesday, work to be completed on Thursday. Something came up on their side so the work did not get completed Thursday but took place Friday. I was out of my home so they had no way to test it when they got the work done. I tested it when I got home and noticed my toilet was still not flushing. They came out again on that Saturday and unclogged from the toilet at no extra cost when all I was billed for was from the sewer line out.
Description of Work: Unclogging the from the toilet all the way out to the sewer line.

Met with plumber went over job details, gave plumber copy of house plans, received start date and estimated time of completion date, and price. Job was completed ahead of schedule.

Description of Work: I had called them because of a broken waterline and set an appointment for them to come out the next morning but they didnt show up till that evening and they were unable to do anything because my house has a cement floor. They recomended a leak detector service that they use, so I made an appointment with them and they were several hours late as well. After using there equipment to locate where they thought the leak was and giving an estimate of $1500 just to cut the floor and inspect the lines i opted to do that part myself since a saw rental is only around $100. I found out that the leak was not there, I then decided to call Scott long plumbing and they found the leak and were able to repair it without cutting my floor up and it cost a third of what the other guys wanted just to cut the floor. The only positive thing i can say about troy reynolds is that they didn't charge me for what they did do.

Description of Work: My outside faucet was leaking badly so I wanted to get is fixed promptly. Troy came the same day I called, did not require that was home and fixed the problem. I offered to give them my credit card for billing but they just sent the invoice to the house. I was very pleased and paid them right away.

Description of Work: I had them clean out the drains and connect a gas stove at a rent property I manage. They responded the same day I called and were done in a short period of time. They then called me with a report of what they had done and what I would need to watch for in the future for possible repairs coming up.
