Description of Work: Installed a new sprinkler system controller with a weather station. Also repaired two sprinkler heads and replaced five others. Had I not already been under a contract for lawn care services, I would quickly begin using Perfect Places. This is the second time I've used them for sprinkler work and both times they have been punctual and very professional. They answer all my questions and always offer to let me call them later if I think of something else. This is a well-run company with which I will always recommend.

+ 0 moreMr. Townsend is punctual, dependable, and very knowledgeable. My lawn has never looked better. When he landscaped my front beds a couple of years ago, the price was between $1500 and $2000 for all of the plants, including 2 Japanese maples, mulch and the labor. Very reasonable, I thought.
Description of Work: Mr. Townsend applies fertilizer and sprays for weeds. He provides six applications per year at $56 each. He also landscaped my front flower bed a couple of years ago before he officially started his own business.

+ -1 morePerfect Place does a very good job of maintaining our yard and in the past they've also planted flowerbeds. We have a very large place of almost four acres, so there's a lot of ground to cover.
Description of Work: Perfect Places comes once a week to manage our sprinkler system and spray for weeds. They charge us a monthly fee.
