LINDSEY'S POOLS & SPAS

I called Lindsey's pools before bringing my spa pump in for repair and was told Richard the owner/tech would be calling me. I spoke with Richard who gave me a verbal agreement over the phone that he would look at my pump and If he couldn't fix the pump he wouldn't charge me. I brought my pump up to the store and received a call from Debbie that we would need to order parts to fix my pump. I provided my card info to order the parts and a few days later received a call from Debbie that my pump was ready to be picked up. I had my spa pump put in and was still having issue's finding out the low speed of the pump wasn't working. I called Debbie brought the pump back up to Lindsey's and received a call from Richard that indeed the low speed of the pump wasn't working and during our conversation wasn't tested before I brought my pump in for repair. Richard advised me to replace the motor but it would be cheaper to purchase a new pump online. I called Debbie at Lindsey's pools what they would do for me since I paid $167 for parts and labor and the pump still didn't work she said she would have Richard call me. Richard called me and said he would check to see if the parts could be returned. I received a call back from Debbie telling me that the parts couldn't be returned and I asked her my verbal agreement with Richard was if he couldn't fix the pump I wouldn't be charged, she said she would have Richard call me. Richard called me and during our discussion he said the parts couldn't be returned so I asked him what he was going to do since I paid for something that didn't work. Richard said there was nothing he could do to refund me what I paid and didn't offer me anything to fix my issue. Awful service and do not recommend Lindsey's pools to anyone.
