I cannot say enough good things about this company. They did an exceptional job. They were nice, worked hard, cleaned everything up. I had the whole inside of my house painted and they had to move a lot of heavy furniture out from the walls and then put it back. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

This is my second time hiring Get-ER-Done Handyman to take care of jobs I cannot do myself. They installed a new outside vent for the dryer and replaced the vent hose inside. They installed new curtain rods in two rooms and removed the rods that had been in the house for 50+ years. Not an easy task! I appreciate their promptness, professionalism, and willingness to answer all my questions. I highly recommend this business!

The company arrived promptly. They were friendly, respectful, and professional. They went right to work, answered all my questions, and asked questions of me to make sure they understood what I wanted. The ceiling fan was installed perfectly and so was the outside light fixture. The curtain rod is securely attached to my wall. It was a really good experience for me! I plan to hire this company to do additional work.

Exactly as we expected. This was our second time to use GET ER DONE and we have been very happy both times. They repaired a large storm-caused hole in our roof with material they provided. With hardware and material we provided they installed two outdoor battery operated security lights, installed a front door security chain and peep hole, put some non-skid strips on the front steps and replaced a bathroom door knob We are already planning more jobs. For handyman service we give them five stars and a A+.

It went great UNTIL it didn't. They came and built a screen porch I was happy with. Then almost a year later, a neighbor's tree dropped a limb on the roof. A friend who is in construction visited and told me the bad news: the whole deck and porch, except for a few braces, are built with UNTREATED LUMBER. I called two contractors, who came out separately and both confirmed it was primarily untreated lumber and advised me I needed to tear the whole thing down and rebuild it. They both pointed out that dry rot was already setting in. After spending $10,000 on a screen porch, I am not at all pleased. Worse, I recommended them to a friend who had them build a deck, and he is having the same problem. Had that limb not fallen, I would have not have had any idea. I am extremely sorry I ever met them. They did handyman work inside my house first, and they did a good job. But cutting costs by using untreated lumber, without giving me that information and the choice of spending the extra $1500, and leaving me with a porch that must be replaced within a couple more years--well, I think they either didn't understand the consequences or they intentionally cut corners realizing I wouldn't by sight be able to tell treated from untreated just by looking at it. There were other issues--flooring nails completely missing the supports, wood ground-to-deck supports not footed in concrete, nails when there should have been screws, 4x4s used when 6x6s are standard, trellis patched together that warped and came apart, cheap plastic screen stretched top-to-bottom rather than being framed in, and an opening between the underfloor of the deck and a small concrete porch that allowed ingress to a possum to crawl up in there and die. Maybe I should call them or sue them, but I'm just going to mark it up to the one bad job I've ever been stuck with. A lot of money, down the drain.

Get-ER Done was amazing. Eddie's price was about half of other estimates I received. Plus I wanted to buy my own water heater and have it delivered. He said he'd pick it up and bring it and save me the delivery charge. Then I had trouble getting the time to go and buy it for him to pick up! So he said he'd buy the one I wanted and bring it. He would only charge me what he paid for it with no mark up and no delivery fee. So I did that. He brought the receipt showing what he paid which had the store's taxes added BUT he used is contractor discount to buy it so saved me $17 + cents. He came in with the water heater and 2 helpers that were older gentlemen - which I felt more secure with since I've had trouble with the younger contractors. In one hour they were done and took the old water heater with them to dispose of, and once again - at no additional charge. I call that service! But it didn't end there. Eddie had told me I should have hot water in about an hour. I was busy with outside work all that day and didn't think to check it so when I came in - about 7 hours later - I had no hot water. So I called Eddie. He came right over and explained to me that a wire had fallen loose after wires were put down inside water heater during the connection, so it was only getting 110 power. He fixed it and also adjusted my temperature a little for me - no additional charge. He told me anytime - 24 hours a day - if there's a problem with something his company does - call him and he'll come immediately - even if it's 2 in the morning! He did say he doesn't do emergency services anymore - but he will stand by his work immediately any time of day. Then - on top of that! He told me again that I should have hot water in about an hour. I was watching the clock, but got busy and was on the phone with a distant relative when the hour was up, so decided I'd check hot water after the phone call. He called me during that call! After I hung up, I checked hot water - it was hot - and called him back to let him know I was good. He was just interested to know if everything was OK and took the initiative to call me and check on me when he didn't hear from me in an hour - and that was AFTER 8 that evening. I can't say enough good about Get-ER Done! Eddie looked at some other issues I have with the house and gave me great advice (for free) and pricing for some work I'll be getting him to do for me in the future. He explained the work he priced for me and how and why he would do it the way he priced. I definitely recommend him for anybody - especially if you're a new widow like me - trying to figure all this out. It is very risky to take on someone to help you when you don't know what they're talking about and when you're vulnerable. I was taken advantage of and stolen from by a relative of a friend who said they wanted to 'help' me with things in this house - and it was a pretty bad experience. Since then I was afraid to even try someone else! I have complete confidence and feel secure in using Eddie. I trust his knowledge and professionalism and am confident that if something came up he didn't know how to take care of, he would tell me and be up front and honest with me.

Great!!!!! Eddie found my leak , fixed it ,install my new cabinet and faucet after picking it up for me. His crew cleaned up after themselves and was very polite, patient, and very professional. I am very please with the great job he done and I have more projects that I will be calling on him to complete

After a day's delay because of rain, Eddy & co-worker arrived promptly, worked diligently, and cleaned up perfectly. The quality of their work is extremely professional, and it far exceeded my expectations. Eddy made experience-based suggestions that I hadn't considered to improve finished products. We're extremely pleased with the encounter, and we will definitely use his services again and again.

we had ray lusk lined up to come do this job for us. the day before the job they called and bailed on us. My mother needs to be out of her house (because she sold it) and into this one asap. the tile guy and everything else was going to be pushed forward if we didn't get this done. These guys came out fixed it, very fast, perfectly done, and when i realized i;'d had them move the shower drain to the wrong place they turned around, came back, and moved it for me again for very little cost. THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME !!!! Highly recommend!!!!

We got great service! He communicated what the options were before he did any work. He knew the part that could be problem and it cost $30, but he couldn't guarantee that would fix it. He asked before doing anything. I was impressed! Will definitely call again!

Eddie was extremely prompt with coming to assess the damage and get me a quote. They were able to get the repair scheduled within a few days. They showed up exactly when they said they would and they were extremely profressional. The work done was excellent and the price was very reasonable.

Not good! Really nice guy, and I had a few other projects I was going to hire him for. Not now! If he didn't want to do this small job, he should have just said so. It would have led to more $ and a lot better rating. By the way, his wife answers the phone with a "hello", not very professional.
