Description of Work: I needed two repairs...1. The screen door leading off my screened porch had started sag because the spring loaded hinges hadn't been installed correctly, causing the screws to pull out of the door jam. 2. A section of my 6' privacy fence had begun to lean...a post hadn't been set correctly. | |Eddy correctly diagnosed both problem and explained what was needed to correct both when he came to give me an estimate. He showed up to do that when he said he would, and told me when he could be back to do the work. He and his helper also showed up when he said they would then. In fact, I even had a call from his office letting me know they were on their way. They didn't waste time, they were very courteous and professional. Best of all, his final bill was actually LOWER than he'd estimated (How often does THAT happen???). They're head and shoulders above any others I've hired, I really LIKE them! Would I hire them again? Absolutely!

Description of Work: Hung ceiling fan, fix dryer to dry, - was clogged up outside, and hung heavy wall/mirror unit.

Also replaced threshold for the front entrance. |I was limited that only weekends could work be done, and he scheduled that way. |Eddie, arrived on time, did the work as promised. Did an excellent job on clean up. He was able to salvage the current door, rather than charge for a new one. |Exceeded my expectations. |I will use him again in future.

Description of Work: This provider called me after I contacted them through Angie's List online and scheduled an appointment for 10:30 am on Thursday and failed to show up. I left work and made a trip home just to meet them. They did not call or anything to advise that they were not going to make it and I had given them my cell phone number. This is totally unacceptable.
