+ -1 moreI had called 3 other plumbers, not only could they not come out anytime soon. 2 of them set a time and date and didnt even show up all they did was give me a quote. After I agreed to quote they didn't even show up. But not Sam, southeast plumbing came out the day I called him and he was almost $100 less than the others. On top of all that Sam and his helper were extremely polite and professional, they did an excellent job and I couldn't be happier. 5 stars.
Description of Work: Sam installed sink new plumbing underneath and a garbage disposal with switch on wall.

Description of Work: Due to other jobs he had in progress, Sam offered to do the work on Saturday. He was prompt and did an excellent job and was conscientious about cleaning up after completion of the work. I would recommend Sam and Southeast Plumbing.

+ -1 moreMy experience with them was good. He exceeded my expectation and I will buy him again. I wasn't even there, my girlfriend was there and she let him in but he did what I asked him to do. He didn't make a mess. I talked to him on the phone and he seemed like a nice guy. The price was good; I can hardly get anybody to come to my house for $100.
Description of Work: I used Southeast Plumbing to fix a stopped up toilet.

+ -1 moreSE showed up on within hours of calling and made fixture recommedations and that an access panel should be installed for future. Sam and team started to remove fixture while I went to hardware store to purchase necessary supplies. SE completed the entire job in a shorter time than discussed. SE exceded all our expectations and truly took time to explain process and their importance. Great job and will make sure to use SE again, Sam and team really did a great job.
Description of Work: Southeast changed a tub/shower fixture and set shower base and drain in second bathroom.

+ -1 moreSam and his crew did a great job. I had contacted 3 or 4 other plumbers to get quotes on the work and their quotes were all about $100 higher than southeast plumbing. Sam showed up on time and got right to work. They re-taped the hot and cold water shut off valves, extended the PVC drain to fit the new sink, assembled and installed a new faucet, and hooked up the garbage disposal. Additionally they replaced the stainless steel trim in a shower tub. After they finished the work they filled the sink up to the top to make sure there were no leaks and cleaned everything up. I was very satisfied with the quality of work and the price.

Description of Work: I called them to ask about a problem with a leaking spigot for the washing machine. He explained how to repair the problem over the phone and didn't offer to charge me. He walked me through the repair over the phone. Very professional and ethical.
