Our kitchen remodel was a fantastic experience. The owner stayed on top of all the contractors and had them scheduled so our job was completed quicker than expected. He worked with us to get the kitchen we envisioned. Highly recommended.

Working with Boyd and his team at Services Contracting was a pleasure. Boyd was highly communicative and was on site nearly every day of the project. He is straightforward, honest, and kind. We will actually miss getting to see him and his crew. Our project involved completely finishing our basement and included two bathrooms, a bedroom, and a kitchenette, all constructed to be handicapped accessible. Near the end of our project, the waterproofing that was provided by a different company failed (this was the responsibility of a different company) and the basement flooded, ruining much of the work Services Contracting had done. Still, Boyd worked patiently with us and the waterproofing company to redo the work. I cannot recommend Services Contracting enough. As long as we are in this area, I don't think we will ever even consider using another general contractor!

Service Contracting, LLC is a first class company and a pleasure to do business with. From planning the project to getting a quote to finishing the job they were professional, courteous, and clearly explained all phases of the project. They use only the finest craftsmen subcontractors. We had them put on a new roof, vinyl soffit and fascia, replace a rotted door, and miscellaneous painting. The work was done at a reasonable price and in a timely manner (had to wait a bit for the vinyl contractor but the quality of their work was worth the wait). We highly recommend them for any job big or small.

From the first day of presenting a contract to the last day of touch-ups, it was a positive experience. Boyd Taylor was on site every day work was being done. He chose only the best, experienced subs to do the work. Everyone was very courteous and respectful. They arrived each day when they said they would and cleaned up at the end of each day. I always knew each day what would take place the following day. I now have a beautiful, new kitchen. I will certainly use them for my next project.

I recently used them for repair work on my roof. There was constant feed back during the repair, they cleaned up every day before they left and the work was high quality. I will use them again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them. Very professional.
