Lowe's Wetumpka

Bought all appliances from this vendor. Checked manufacturer reviews and all were high. November 17th microwave stopped working. Repairman said part was needed and would be out the following week. Still waiting as of December 11. Over the course of time I've been told several different arrival dates for parts which all fell through. Have been told can't supply new one because it's over thirty days. Was also told not Lowe's problem; it's the manufacturer. Today the dishwasher from same manufacturer isn't working. Was told they have no one in the area to repair it! HUH??? Disagree that it isn't Lowe's problem since paid them the money. Today finally found a supervisor who is putting in a request for replacing the unit. But the burning question is why would ANY COMPANY sell something when they have no one in the area to do repairs?? When it seemed the gas stove might join the ranks of the non-functioning was also told there was no repairman in the area. Bad business all the way around. And I truly hate turning in this report as I have been a faithful customer of Lowe's in three other states and never have I met such incompetence in any of them. This one is a black mark on Lowe's, up until now, stellar record. By the way, I also bought extended maintenance agreements.

They were very courteous. I am very well pleased with their service. They really knew what they were doing, and were careful about not banging things up. I was very well pleased. Service price was included in the purchase of the refrigerator. Their price matched the price of another place.

Terrible....terrible experience. If I have to drive 25 miles to buy appliances, I would do so just to not shop at Lowe's. They don't care about their customers. They don't even care about making money. They are there for a job. I wouldn't recommend the aggrevation. Go to Best Buy. You pay less. You get better service. You also get prompt delivery.
