This nightmarish project has left us with a home which is virtually unsellable. J.P. Millworks is responsible for a majority of the poor workmanship in our home and was paid in full for their services. Among the many problematic issues are doors throughout the home which do not fit jambs, do not function properly, are cracking and deteriorating, are badly warped and leak. Flooring has now been affected by the water leaking under exterior doors and is cupping. Windows throughout the house do not function. Costly rafter tails are rotting. Exterior shutters are rotting. In several instances, specified materials were replaced with lesser quality materials without our knowledge. J. p. Millworks is aware of these issues and has refused to be responsible for the shoddy workmanship supplied by their company. The cost of this Millwork was significant in nature exceeding hundreds of thousands of dollars. J. P. Millworks has refused to address a single issue.
Description of Work: J.P. Millworks was subcontracted to provide doors, windows, shutters, beams, a rafter tail cornice and various other Millwork throughout our home.
