Description of Work: Performed a full home inspection for the buyer. The inspector arrived promptly and completed a thorough inspection of the home and it's appliances and systems. He then went back and pointed out the problems that he identified and explained what should be done to have the problems corrected. His report was delivered within 24 hrs and included numerous pictures to document the problems he found. He also pointed out some positive features of the home and construction practices that enhanced the value of the home. Overall, it was a fair and balanced inspection that gave us the confidence we needed to proceed with the home purchase knowing we were getting what we expected.
