Fair. Not pro-active to ensure that lawn, shrubbery, mulch, etc. is properly maintained on an ongoing basis. Addressed basics such as cutting grass and blowing leaves.

Nice guy but I think he took on too much work for his small company. Then again communication is the problem. We told him forget it. We will pay him for work done and get someone else. Front yard had been torn up for over three weeks...

Overall, I believe that communication could have been better. The end results were good although I feel I had to push to get the results I expected. At the end of the engagement, Carl did come back repeatedly to address my concerns. Even recently, I sent him an email about a irrigation head that had broken and received no response. I have cameras monitoring my property, so I found that he had actually come by and fixed the head without any further communication. What went well you may ask? The Rachio controller that was installed is amazing! The irrigation system is functioning very well and coverage is as expected.

Carl and his crew did an excellent job on the irrigation system install. They were very timely, answered all my questions, and never hesitated to make adjustments when asked. Even during 90+ degree days his crew worked hard and never complained. The system is operating perfectly. I highly recommend their services!

Provider informed me he would call me back on a certain day to come look at the required work. I took a day of vacation to deal with this. On the day of, not even a call from him. I consider this to be very rude...bad business practice.

They were good.

They installed the system in a timely manner. When I hit one of the heads during the first mowing, they came back in a reasonable time and fixed the problem. (head was a little too high) at no additional charge. I would use them again, and recommend them to friends.

It was very expensive. I didn't think he was as very knowledgeable, as knowledgeable as I wanted him to be.

When I first call this company they came out the same day and gave me a quote on a french drain. They were $1,000. cheaper then the other company I called. They said they would be back in a week. However it wsa more like 5 weeks. They did call me and he said he was sick and he came out the next week and did the job. It was adequate. The house next door had the same job done by the higher bidder and it looked better. He assured me it would be ok. I actually believe him and think he is honest. His company does my yard work and they seem ok.

He has been in business for 19 years. He came out the same day I called him, and gave me an estimate. He gave excellent service. They had 4-6 people working for two days. We got more than what was originally promised, and they even removed a stump from our lawn. When they were finished, Carl came out to do a walk through to show me the system. We found a problem, and the next day the workers were back to fix the problem. My wife and I were pleased with the service.
