+ 0 moreThey came out the day after I called about getting an estimate. Looked at the problem and gave an estimate of $4000. When they came to start the work black mold was discovered so everything had to be ripped out and the roof completely removed over the bathroom and rebuilt with pitch so water would not pool and overwhelm the flashing. I let them know up front we were leaving for vacation so they only had 4 days to get it done. The old and mold was removed and new roof with pitch built, new walls were framed and old brittle pipes replaced. This week they are coming back to install the new walls, tile, shower and lights and put vanity and toilet back. that will cost an additional $3000
