They are great. They are a reasonable and honest company. They have done tree work and removed stumps for us over the years. They clean up very good and if you want some of the wood, they will cut it up into logs for you.

This is the seventh time we have used their service. He arrives with the same crew that have been with him for years. They always arrive at the time we had agreed on. They are courteous and professional. When they are through they clean up the area, swept and blow the drive. They haul away the sections of the trees they cut down. They leave you an invoice and let you call their office and pay with a credit card over the phone. We have recommend them to a number of our neighbors and friends. They tell me what a great job Mike has done. We will use them again.

It's a great experience. I called them and they called me back. They say that in one week, they will be cutting my tree. The next week, they called. They were professional. The job was very good.

My neighbors have used them on my recommendation. They don't leave a mess like some of the tree people do. They clean up, haul off the wood, and remove the branches. You would never know they were there. The flowers are still intact. They take the limbs down with rope, as opposed to just sawing them off. If neighbors all use their service, they can give a discount because they have to take less trips. They don't demand money up-front; they will bill you. They give you a record of what they did. They were on time and prompt about starting the work. They are insured, which is one thing we always make sure of.

After tornadoes we were referred to Mike’s by our insurance agent. He was at my house within 30 minutes of calling him to assess the situation, and within two and a half hours he had his crew over to take care of a tree that was split and in danger of falling on my home and my neighbors. If I ever needed tree services again I’d call him. His price was very reasonable compared to estimates I talked with my neighbors about. He worked very fast in a dangerous situation.
